Nice stay. Staffs were very good and polite. They are very helpful. But last 4 km road is it up to the mark. Hotel is very nice location. We enjoyed our stay. Very good hotel. And radhika was also very polite. Our room was near and clean. Will visit again.

The property needs renovation badly , the staff is trying its level best but I think they are short of resources and training . The hotel Cannot be given any star based on poor rooms maintenance and lack of training . The food is good some times , some times it is bad . As said complete overhaul is needed . The road leading to this hotel is pathetic

This place is in the lap of nature with mountain facing Rooms. Wind blowing in the balconies continuously with top class services from hotel staff. Location is the best point. Food is served hot with lot of smile. Yakuzzii & swimming pool is the point of attraction Spa service is best with natural view. All In all it is a best property to visit if you are looking to escape from the noisy enviornment of city.

Wonderful and memorable experience in Justa Mukteshwar. The resort is beautiful indeed and its staff are amazing , very polite , courteous, and excellent in their work especially Mr. Dileep Yadav ( hotel ***ager ) and Mr. Ganesh. Both of them made our stay even great with their service in the resort. Definitely visit Justa Mukteshwar resort for great food, great hotel room service , for overall good experience. The place is extremely beautiful with very cool weather. A must visit place.

Justa mukteshwar was one of the best hotel in our Uttarakhand tour. Mr Dilip kumar ***ager and miss shilpi were of great help. Restaurant and housekeeping staff were very courteous. Would recommend to all. The only hitch is resturant which is 70 steps down from reception
