This hotel is best FRAUD HOTEL. I did online booking, the payment was deducted from my account and they confirmed the booking to me. At the time of check out they denied they have not received any payment.The manager was so rude started arguing and we had to make the payment twice with no choice. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life, the room was dirty, no hot water, bed sheets stained with bodily fluids, disgusting, the bathroom and toilet filthy, the hotel staff is disgusting, after one night I shifted my family to another hotel, I could not bear this hotel any longer so please if you read this consider your options very carefully, AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FRAUD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, I booked Dynasty hotel in June'23 1st week. I am completely disappointed with overall hotel services. No professionalism at all. Please find my feedback, 1) Bathroom flush is not working properly which is very unhygienic & old fashioned, informed to Housekeeping (127) but no action. 2) TV recharge was not done. 3) Food quality was not good. Low quality of rice, daal and feel like roadside food. 4) Bedding quality is poor & old, having back pain due to this. 5) Balcony was not cleaned. I wouldn't recommend to any my known or corporates who is making plan to come Nainetal.I have not paid such high amount to get such worst services.

Unfortunately we decided to start our Uttarakhand trip with this rubbish resort. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but ended up leaving after 1. This is why: 1. There was no electricity all night in our room (we couldn't charge anything) 2. The bathroom was unusable and it just smelt of the gutter in there and the toilet wouldnt flush 3. The bedsheets were stained so much - really unhygenic 4. The balcony door had a really big gap in it so all the cold air came in at night. Only my husband and I know how we stayed the night there. We couldn't sleep and looked for alternative hotels all night but since it was New Year's Eve, we couldn't find another place. Not the best way to spend the new year. It is definitely not 4 star. It is most definitely a 2 star hotel.

The service was good, but the hotel is old and not maintained well. It's unhygienic and they had not even changed the bedspreads when we checked in. We had to force them to do it. They provide blowers and it's not enough to keep the rooms warm, they should shift from blowers to proper room heaters. Overall a below-average stay.

I came to your place because I really enjoy Indian food . Sorry but the experience was terrible . I ask for 3 different dishes but that was not available. Finally with the help of the water I order a curry , naan , rice and chutney… easy food … plain rice was cold ( someone take care to make it warm ) naan was ok .. coconut chutney was just plain coconut milk (?????) and the curry was not cooked ( onion and beans were raw) the chef come and cook a new one .. that was better but not that good and as it take 10 more minutes.. the naan and the rice were cold …. So definitely a nightmare….. I was expecting a good Indian diner .. sorry for this report .. I gently explain this to the cashier but not sure the message will arrive to the good person. On arrival we were pleasantly greeted by Mr Mohan Pandey front desk. As it was our special day e expected upgrade which was provided by Mr Shahid GM of hotel. He is a very hardworking individual . He is present everywhere from greeting guests, to proper serving of daily buffets & also interacting with guests during live performance in evening . Dynasty resort is lucky to have such a visionary leader. Resort is beautifully located in front of Lake khurpatal & surrounded by mountains. It has ample parking, robust staff.Food served is delicious.Rooms are well maintained, modern n spacious. There a point in nainital lovers point admiring beauty of resort from where one can have asthetic view of resort with khurpatal.So I left hotel spell bound with beauty of resort & warmth of staff

It is one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. No hot water in the room, no Wi-Fi inside the room and even in the coridor. Terrible stay. No body should stay in this hotel, no one even will respond

Awesome view from rooms. Clean and quiet, Hotel food from its' restaurant makes for an excellent stay. we stayed for 2 nights there in new year time and they arranged new year progrm . Ms Khushbu is very helpful with the bookings and details . Overall good experience .
