It is an excellent place to stay near the Mall. Offers a private lawn and some peace and for action walk to the Mall Road. Asking back may be difficult so take a cab. Very good staff and neat and clean room. Very few properties have such a good independent heating system in room. Likes the cleanliness and sun soaked lawns with tall trees. Only thing needing improvement is kitchen and Resturant in terms is service time as well as preparation quality

Service and hospitality is very great . Good view and hygiene is Maintained very well .. food quality is also great .. staff very friendly …

Smooth check-in and checkout, beautiful property, very warm welcome , just like a home away from home. The food was delicious and freshly prepared keeping our food preferences on priority(like non spicy,etc).. they always went out of their way to make our time memorable.. the cab facility to and from the lake was also quick and comfortable..each housekeeping staff went over and above the other one and was worth mentioning.. they even opened the pool table area for us though there were not many guests around..the atmosphere right from the front desk till our exit was friendly, safe, welcoming and so inviting that we are already missing the warmth and hospitality.. would certainly visit again every time we are in Nainital.. big thanks to the entire team for making us feel special..

We stayed in this hotel for two days and the hotel is in very pleasant and quiet area and mall rod is very near we walked to mall road in evening and the hotel was good amazing clean washroom was also good near and clean food was awesome and the staff was very supportive
