Stayed 2 nights at welcome ashdale. The food, stay and service was very good. Mr Mohan was especially very welcoming and helpful to our needs. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Nainital for a relaxing stay.

We stayed in Welcomeheritage property in Oct 2025 and really enjoyed our stay. The staff is helpful and breakfast buffet is satisfying. The property is walking distance to Mall Road via High Court road.

​The rooms themselves were great, providing a comfortable stay. However, our overall experience was significantly marred by several issues. ​First, the noise disturbance was unacceptable. At 10 PM, other guests began setting off loud firecrackers, including "bombs." We were astonished when the reception staff indicated that permission had been granted for this activity. It is completely unbelievable that a family hotel would allow guests to set off loud explosives late at night, especially outside of a festival context. This severely impacted the tranquility of our stay. ​Second, the dining experience was consistently disappointing. The breakfast buffet was lackluster, severely lacking basic options. Furthermore, the few food items that were available tasted either bad or merely average. The issues continued with the A La Carte menu, which was very limited, and even many of those few options were unavailable. ​While the restaurant service staff were notably good, the overall quality and variety of the food were a major letdown. ​Ultimately, for an ITC hotel, we expected and demand better options and quality across the board, particularly regarding noise management and culinary offerings. The current standard does not align with the reputation of the brand.

Very nice property and excellent service and hospitality..we had a breakfast and dinner package and we had the best food .. the service by Ramesh ji and mohan ji was amazing and very polite.. had a great time here and truly recommend to visit here..
