科貝特全景度假村(Corbett Panorama Resort)

I recently visited Jim corbett with my family and stayed in corbett panorama resort..I must say its was pathetic never thought such a worst experience staff,service was so bad..I booked pool room bt it was such a small...A/C in the room was not working and aftr complaining so ***y times no action was taken..food taste was so bad that I got it packed from outside and asked the staff to just heat it for me bt they said no we can't do it it's not in our rules and aftr telling them u can take charges from me then also they said no..***y of the families staying there were also in same situation like us..no cooperation from staff side was there asking for cup to have tea they were only giving two..no electricity back up was there and aftr this for all the complaints we were trying to call the ***ager bt he didn't picked up the call and neither called back...overall I will give 0 out of 10 to this resort

I have stayed for 2 nights, awesome hospitality. All the staffs were well trained & taken care what you need. Amit & Pragya were very well communicated everything. What I feel that the ***agement is very closely monitoring & ensuring to execute all the things in the best way...

Nice , Clean, value for money rooms . The best part being it affords decent privacy in pool , being isolated from the main location. Good for family , friends get together where wild life is not the main priority

Pls don't consider this place .......not worth it.***y good places avilable in Corbett region. Don't spoil your vacation and there are ***y reasons. Front desk , resort ***ager and the sales team have Zero hospitality and lack basic courtesy towards their guests. This property is in depleted condition and need lot of renovation. I could right more but don't want to waste my time.

Really bad experience in terms of property and staff behaviour, not worth of spending your time here, food quality is average, restaurant staff is rude, there is nothing to do do in property, pool was in pathetic condition Positive, Service of housekeeping staff was good, Rooms are also fine

If you want to spoil your good mood and you really want a bad holiday ho for this resort. Swimming pool which is nothing but a dirty pig pond.. tiles were not there in the pool. Pool is getting used as a dustbin... Dirt and waste everywhere... Would suggest not to go to the resort at any cost... Food was also bad ... Total waste of money.. don't go to this resort even if you get it for free

I visited the property between 23rd to 25th Jun. Swimming pool was the dirtiest I have ever seen. Full of mud (कीचड़). Food was pathetic. No cleanliness. ***agement is really bad. I would suggest not to come to this property ever. For me the rating for the property is zero.

Excellent location with great food and service
