The washroom was not on the par not hot water flush was not working no clean room or even bath mast etc really disappointed

Very rude staff, food tasted bad and there was no arrangement for the driver who accompanied us. And there is no parking facility in the hotel and there is no restaurant or shop available nearby. Nainital city is also 20 kilometers away from here.

I wanted a location which is away from city and easy to reach.Amazing property, hospitality and amazing staff. Location is just perfect and away from city chaos. Must visit place for families and kids. Pet friendly and swimming pool available

Unbelievable Great Stay. Good Service, Good Location and Clean and Comfortable Rooms, Good food, Hotels with on-site restaurants, Personalized attention, Value for Money. Friendly and helpful staff members who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Special Thanks toVinod ji and Deepak (. Also thanks to , Priyanshu and other staff member. Had the best time at maati! From the second we walked in, the vibes were immaculate—super welcoming staff, top-tier service, and everything just felt so well taken care of. The resort itself was stunning, giving major aesthetic goals, and it was the perfect spot to just chill and recharge. Honestly, 10/10 experience. Visited this Hotel Cum Resort ...amazingly beautiful and peaceful...Rooms are Good and Spacious , Go for Superior rooms or Suites... Staff is very Good ...all are coperative and keen to serve you promptly. All staff members Narender Bhist, AKSHAY, PRIYANSHU, VIJAY coperative and helpfull. Will definately visit again.

My stay at MAATI was extremely exquisite. The property is very beautiful and the staff is super friendly. Mr. Sanjay was our host at the property and he made our stay super comfortable. I would highly recommend MAATI for your stay and you are definitely going to love it.

Great Location and People. Must Visit Place with family or friends. Rooms are neat and clean. Near to many temples and not very far off from shopping places. Food is also good. They should have some more additions for breakfast menu. Rest is Good
