Great service offered by Mahender Ji, Gaurav ji and Trilok ji. Food was good with awesome view from tree house. Also staffs were very cordial in all the services requested by us. The road to the resort is quite thrilling and enjoyable for travel enthusiasts.

Very good location in the lap of nature with samonara range visible from your tree house.wooden tree houses are cosy,clean with a balcony where you can sit endless hours.food quality good,service good. Access to the resort is little tricky and due to ongoing work in resort you have to go down and come up which will be knee jerking for elderly otherwise good staff and cosy cabins.

This is one of the best place to stay, staffs are so helpful, highly recommended. I was in a business trip with my associates and they provide a tremendous hospitality, the surroundings was awesome Food was authentic i would say that it is very very very much good

First of all I want to thank the team for wonderful hospitality, the rooms are well maintained and food was delicious especially their Biriyani. All the staff was so nice and served without any hesitation. A really recommended property for those who want to stay relaxed and breathe the purest air

It was an awesome stay at Royal Cliff , pangot . I randomly searched this place on internet and reached this paradise . Location, view , staff , food , services everything 10/10 . I can't forget these names who made my stay unforgettable - Mahender, Gaurav, jeevan , trilokji , mehraji, suresh . This property and location is perfect to buy to some time to bring you out of your stressful life and relax with friendly people(staff) around . Thank you Royal Cliff for making my journey to hills memorable. I surely visit again.🙂

Location - Remote and hard to reach but once there it is outstanding. It has a breathtaking views of the valley below. I would suggest booking the Tree House Rooms for their spectacular views. The resort is spacious and has ample open areas for kids to play around. The food was good and the staff was polite and friendly. The chef was attentive and catered to our requests to make our stay even better. The room was clean and well-maintained and the open areas were tidy and beautifully gardened. We stayed in the Tree House room, their bathroom was located below the room with a staircase leading down to it. One of the bathroom walls had a huge glass area with a view of the valley below and it was beautiful. Overall the place was peaceful and quiet and a perfect getaway from the city's hustle and bustle. However, there were a few cons as well. 1) To reach the rooms/resort, you need to climb down a steep slope from the car park/main road, not recommended for seniors or people with mobility issues. 2) The location is remote and there is nothing around. No shops/restaurants etc. It is good if you plan to only stay at the resort and enjoy its peace and serenity and not go out but if you plan to go out and explore, think twice before you book here. A 50-100 meter stretch of road leading up to the hotel is perilous and we saw a couple of cars getting stuck and requesting help from the resort and this when it was not a rainy season. We too just about managed. 3) If you are just a couple or a solo family, it could get very boring since there is nothing to do at the resort or nearby. If you plan to go to Nainital then it is about an hour of drive and through the forest reserve area. It was scary driving to the resort from Nainital after sunset since it was all jungle and the road too was riddled with potholes with nobody and nothing in sight. If your car broke down you will be stuck till and if somebody passes by and decides to help you since there is no cell phone connectivity either. if you are visiting with your family in a single car I wouldn't recommend it. Its best suited for a large group.
