Great hotel with big room and walking distance to shopping center. Wifi has issue when I came. I was waiting my luggages to come in my room but unfortunately they didn’t deliver it and still in the lobby.

Konumu, temizliği ve kahvaltı çeşitliliği açısından iyi bir oteldi. Personel ilgisi ve alakası çok iyi diyebilirim. Rahatlıkla önerebileceğim bir otel.

Terrible place, to say this is a Hilton hotel it is a disgrace. When we arrived for check in the receptionist did not speak English she used her phone to translate. Very unwelcoming. It is supposed to be non smoking in the rooms but there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel. The rooms were dirty, the spa advertises a gym which when we went to use it we were told no gym, the pool is tiny and freezing cold we were unable to swim in there!! The steam room was not even open on some days and we had to ask for it to be opened and then we had to ask for water to enable steam. Very unfriendly staff no help with luggage on arrival or departure. The only good thing about my 10 day stay was the breakfast which was plentiful and the staff in the restaurant were pleasant. I have previously stayed at the akgun hotel and Ramada which are a bit further out of the centre so I decided to go with the Hilton as it was in the centre and I thought being the Hilton it would be a 5 star hotel, definitely not, I would only give 2 stars and that is just for the breakfast and the restaurant staff. My future stays will definitely not be at this hotel and I would not recommend wasting your money here. The akgun and Ramada may be out of the centre but you can get the dolmus or a taxi into the centre so I will be staying at one of these hotels in the future and I would recommend these hotels for your stay. This has definitely put me off booking any stays in Hilton hotels anywhere in my future travels.

Çok memnun kaldım. Şehir merkezi içinde Hijyenli oda ve banyo, konforlu ve huzurlu oda. Kahvaltısı çok zengin. Tur*** Bey çok ilgili yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Her şey için teşekkür ederim. Önerilecek Otel olduğunu bilmenizi isterim.

Hilton standartlarıyla hiç bir alakası yok, resepsiyon sizi yemek yerken arkada oturdukları odadan çıkarak karşılıyor. Odalarda kullanılan malzemelerin hiç biri bırakın Hilton’u 5 yıldızlı herhangi bir otel standardında bile değil. Odalarda minibar boş ama fişleri takılı inanılmaz bir ses yapıyor. Oda servisiyle alakalı hiç bir bilgilendirme yok. Yataklar temiz ancak banyolar kokuyor. Oda temizliği güzel. Kahvaltı berbat. Filtre kahve istiyorsunuz, size şurada french press var oradan alın diyorlar. Kahvaltıda kimse sizi karşılamıyor. 1 tane garson çalışıyor. Otoparka arabayı park ettikten sonra otele girmek için zorlanıyorsunuz. Spa dan giriyorsunuz kimse sizi karşılamıyor. Oradan lobiye merdivenle çıkıyorsunuz. Girişte kayıt kartını bazen imzalatıyor bazen imzalatmıyorlar. Girişte güvenlik yok. Öğrenci evi gibi plastik tuvalet fırçası kullanıyorlar. Oda katları inanılmaz karanlık. Düşmeden bir kaç adım atarsanız lambalar yanıyor. Fotoselli otel katı ilk defa bu otelde gördüm..
