Alive Beach House

Fui con mi esposo para nuestro aniversario de bodas y el lugar no encantó. Tiene una vista espectacular de la playa y una posiciona súper limpia que se puede disfrutar. El personal muy amable. Definitivamente es un lugar para regresar. Probamos unas cervezas artesanales marca Falk que también nos encantaron. 😎

Alive Beach House ist der ideale Ort für alle, die nach einem noch sehr wilden, unberührten und authentischen Nicaragua suchen und gleichzeitig bei der Unterkunft keine Abstriche in Sache Hygiene machen wollen. Das Beach House ist eine absolute “wohl-fühl-Oase” mit einem paradiesischen Garten am südlichen Ende eines wunderschönen Strandes. Perfekt für Surfer, denn direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich ein Point-Break und ein paar Meter weiter rauf zwei weitere Beach Breaks. Für uns war das Hotel der idealer Ort, um zwischen unseren Surf-Sessions Ruhe finden und bot dazu zahlreiche Rückzugsmöglichkeiten (Hängematten, Schaukeln, Sitzgruppen, eine Aussichtsplattform im 2. Stock aka. “the secret spot”, ein Yoga-Deck und Pool…!!!). Alles wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und das super freundliche Personal rundet dies bestens ab. Die Zimmer sind groß, hell und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Balkon im ersten Stock ist einfach nur umwerfend schön- die Sonnenuntergänge sind atemberaubend! Und in einem Land, in dem die Bäder oftmals sehr spartanisch ausfallen, war das Bad hier ein absolutes Highlight!!!! Wir haben eine Woche hier verbracht, jeden Tag mit Surfen oder dem im Preis inkludierten, echt köstlichem Frühstück begonnen (je nach Tide eben:P). Wir können das Alive Beach House nur wärmsten empfehlen, auch wenn es nur für ein, zwei Tage zum “auftanken” sein sollte. +Tres jolie hotel, tres propre, piscine site très bien aménagé sur le bord de mer. -lit non confortable très très dur et restaurant c est bon mais service jusqu a 1heure pour être servi, faut prevoir..

El hotel esta en una buena ubicacion frente al mar, la habitacion limpia y la cama muy comoda, el personal del hotel es muy atento. Muy recomendado en todos los aspectos, el hotel cuenta con alquiler fe tablas para surfear es excelente

We were immediately and efficiently welcomed on arrival. The beach is clean with consistent surf. The rooms looked directly upon the beach and the surf and excellent little porches from which we watched the Great Kiskadee making and defending their nest in the coconut palm. Food was excellent and reasonable. The other guests were relaxed and friendly, many were native German speakers. The beds were comfortable, and the surroundings were secure. We will return. Many couples and kids

Alive Beach House is a gem! I have stayed in many places in Central America for travel and surfing, and this is THE place I do not miss each year! Rooms and staff are wonderful, and the location, the view from the rooms and common spaces, and the beach frontage/waves at your doorstep are unbeatable. I love the friendly vibe to share with old and new friends.....really everything about the Alive experience is exceptional. We are already planning next year's stay at Alive with family and friends!
