The bed was excellent, but the room was tiny. The shower was small, but there was great water pressure. The television worked. We were at the beach most of the day, so having a great night's sleep was important. Perfect location. The staff was very kind.

No refund for night 2 after checking out early, ethics are dead sadly .. after our room had poor bedding area with unclean sheets, blood stain on the mattress cover, sand in the sheets , black mold on the ceiling in the first room so we moved to another , I've stayed here many times but if they don't turn something around quickly the business is going down hill fast

I had reservations for three nights. The weather turned bad and I asked if I could leave one day early. He said no problem but I would have to go through ******* for my refund back for one day. Based on his statement, I left one day early. ******* contacted him for my one day refund and he refused. He knew he was going to do this all along. This is very bad business practice and is the second time I have run into this when dealing with a non-American owned motel.

I stay at the Seahorse whenever I visit the Outer Banks, and frankly, wouldn't stay anywhere else. The cottages are lovely and the family that runs it is so sweet. Check-in is a breeze, and the room itself is always clean and comfortable. The family that runs it also remembers me and puts me in the same room everytime. It's such a small thing, but it's those tiny personal touches that make this inn what it is. Keep doing what you're doing, Seahorse, and I'll see you next time.

Great location - right across from the beach and Jeanette's Pier. Convenient little cottage with kitchenette- perfect for our 5 night vacation - very reasonable price for an April stay.

Quick trip to the Seahorse Inn and Cottages Made a last minute booking and don't regret it. The room had a beautiful view of the ocean, staff was kind and helpful. Easy access to the highway and activities nearby. The cottages looked fun(didn't stay in one) but they lack the ocean view that the 3rd floor offers, well worth the trip up the stairs.
