OBX Great location, it is a third floor walk up and grill is a shared property grill. Property could use some TLC sliding doors are very hard to open and close. Main bathroom toilet is loose and gross looking. View is amazing and totally worth it.

Just what we expected This condo was exactly as advertised. No surprises. We chose it because the balcony faces a more southerly direction. It has sunlight most of the day and blocks colder winds coming from the north. That is important for a Fall stay. Still had a great view and we enjoyed our time in Nags Head.

301 condo on the beach Location was great. It was a bit "old" and musty, dehumidifier helped a lot. A/C was good too. No key access to either pool. If we didn't put the tub drains down, when not in use, the bugs and even slugs would be in the tubs. The best part was the beach and the access to it from our room. The weather had us going home a day early.

Convenient location, good views The condo was pretty comfortable overall, with great beach access, plenty of space, and the small pool and playground area were popular with our kiddo.

As is The listing was pretty accurate. There are no bells and whistles with this place, as stated with previous reviews. The place was clean enough (could have been a little cleaner) but the location was great.
