The hospitality of the staff is not friendly. the rooms dont have functional ac and the cleaniness of the room and toilets were not upto the mark

It was worst experience of my life. We paid for 2 rooms. Receiptinist was so rude there was no househelp staff and we waited for so many hours for room still got dirty room. Washrooms were stinky and worst like not cleaned since years. We had to book another hotel and our money for 2 rooms got wasted. No one was cooperating as there was no staff. Every person who stayed there waa complaining. I want refund for my booking as i didnt stay there. Its worst than public toilets. How can anyone even stay there. I will recommend not to stay there and dont waste your precious money.

Disappointed with the services provided. The staff's behavior was unprofessional, and the amenities were subpar. Major issues: 1. Non-functional tv and wifi : the tv in my room didn't work, and the wifi connection was extremely poor. Despite repeated complaints, the issue was never resolved. 2. Unhygienic washroom : the washroom was in a deplorable condition, with zero attention to hygiene. 3. False commitments : the hotel's commitments were misleading and false. 4. Poor staff behavior: the hotel staff's behavior was rude and uncooperative. Other concerns: - lack of maintenance and upkeep - inadequate customer service - unprofessional front desk staff recommendation: avoid this hotel at all costs. Rating breakdown: - cleanliness: 0/5 - service: 0/5 - amenities: 1/5 - value for money: 0/5 will i return? no. Suggestion to management: take immediate action to address the issues mentioned above. Train your staff to provide better customer service. Improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. Note: this review is based on my personal experience and is honest.

Not good service, no room cleanliness, waiting on reception for long time. Not good staff. Its a lodge not hotel

Below budget hotel. 2 stars are given just for polite behavior of the staff and good location. Restaurant not functioning. You need to walk 200 meters even for tea. Washrooms not cleaned to the level you expect from professional hotels. Many sockets not working at all. I selected this because i wanted a place just to spend a night and checkout early. Better to spend more and stay somewhere else.
