Another hidden buffet place in middle of city called Feliz Cafe at Regenta Central Hotel. I had an awesome time dining experience here, surrounded by a wide variety of food. My personal favorite was Cheese Roll, Beat Root Kabab, Fried Fish, Mexican Rice and Masala Brinjal. They welcomed with fruit punch followed by great starters, followed by awesome main course and ended with variety of mouth watering deserts. Lovely food, I must say. The ambiance of the restaurant was very pleasant and it was spacious enough to accommodate perhaps a 100 guests. The food was all displayed beautifully in a very attractive manner and it was indeed a treat for our eyes. The service was very good. Tables were promptly cleared, some staff smiled and were warm and welcoming, while a couple of them just had a whole lot going on within! All in all, my unprecedented visit to this restaurant was indeed an awesome one! Highly recommended and will surely come again with my friends and family.

Excellent Service from Front Office Rep! I really had a great staycation. Thanks to the great customer service provided by Front Office Boy Tanay. Although, I troubled him a lot because of my small kid he helped me in every possible way he could have and was very professional in his approach to customer handling. Because of the professionalism and courteous staff like him, I have always chosen Regenta despite other properties in Nagpur.

Special thank you to front desk courier Tanay . He is always very supportive to us and awaiting us always with a smile on his face. After a long day in office this makes Your day better. If we need help we can always count on him. It is good to have someone like him here in the hotel

The service at this hotel was exceptional, from the warm welcome at reception to the attentive staff in the restaurant and room service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. The restaurant offered a delicious and varied menu with prompt and efficient service, making every meal a pleasure. specially thankyou Sweety..

Staff so courteous.. Polite.. Food good.. Sweety and Tanu are two good staff I came across...Mr. Raju is also doing a good job.. How ever the room cleanliness could have been improved.. Over all felt a little below the best.. Transportation fecilities are easily accessible from the hotel..

great hotel, welcoming staff, staff at the restaurant were really welcoming and friendly especially Tanu and Sweety. the rooms could be a bit more hygienic. food can be better, the coffee was not upto the mark. The Air conditioning can be improved in the lobby

I was staying here for week ***** with my family. Everything was Amazing from the beginning .. the front office .. the way they welcome you and way they escort to your rooms and check-in formalities was amazaing... Thank ypu tanay Rooms were very comformatble....My daughter enjoyed in Swimming pool ... rooms are fitted balcony .. feel more luxuries ... housekeeping people are soo awesome they attend to ourneeds very nicely.(kartik) best was people at breakfast counters they make you feel very comfortable. even through there is lot of crowd in the breakfast area they have really managed well and attending to everyone needs. Chefs were soo nice that they can prepare any customized dish for your even during the busy hours...
