Overall experience was average. Food was ok, the upkeep of hotel interiors, lobby areas was not up to the mark. Looks like old property requiring renovation & regular cleaning.

होटल इस वेल कनेक्ट तो थे मैं हाईवे एंड सिटी रूम वेयर वेल मेंटेंड एंड क्लीन फ्रंट ऑफिस स्टाफ वास वेल मैनर लाइन दीपाली ,बुशरा बीत girls very helpful and thank to amar very polit and humble and zeba breakfast was good room was good and clean।and yummy

The service was not up to mark. The restaurant served the food very late wether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner. No one picked up the call when we called for room service. The need to overcome all these🙏

Amazing stay at pl palace hotel . We are came in agra and stay at pl palace hotel agra hotel was nice and amazing . Food was yummy and tasty staff was very polite and well manner like deepali and bushra thank to nice care ………lobby was neat and clean . All amenities was great.

Fabulous stay in hotel. Room was good and spacious. Very near by all market. Food was yummy 😋. Roof top restaurant was nice decoration .staff was very helpful like Bushra and Deepali. Thank you all team for nice care thank you Mr pratham for help.

Hotel location is so nice middle of agra and we are come with my family stay at pl palace hotel Agra .room was nice breakfast was delicious .staff was well manner like Bushra and deepali . lobby was neat and clean thank you zeba mam given nice tariff.and very helpful bellboy Mr .pratham.
