納夫普利亞宮別墅飯店

Stayed at this hotel during a tour of Greece through Collette tour company the (Classical Greece Tour). What a nightmare! Was placed in the "old" section of hotel. The rooms dingy, musty, dark, the balcony had a old rotten piece of 2x4 nailed across the end to keep you from falling off. The bathrooms were awful. Stained bathtub, sediment would come out of faucet and be in the sink and toilet... was disgusting. Was told upon check in that water must not be consumed even when brushing teeth...but ok to shower with?. The odor from the rooms would linger on your clothes long after you left the hotel. Took two days to have any hot water in the shower. The three staff member that worked the desk, bar, and restaurant told our group that the placed had been closed and was open for our arrival. Was informed that they did have free WIFI but it would not work anywhere other than standing at the front desk. The Newer section of the hotel appeared to be beautiful, nice rooms, infinity pool. We approach this area because our pool was horrible, was promptly met by security and informed that even though it was the same hotel we were not allowed on this part of the property. What a horrible experience. Shame on Collette for this property. So, many other nice looking hotels in the city.
