Arko barman was serving us and was very gentle in serving our requests. Overall staffs were very welcome and warm in helping us. I strongly recommend this place for everyone to have a good time 😊 No regrets

A decent place to stay in Mysuru for breaking up the journey. Located close to Mysuru Palace about 4 km which was great to visit the Palace for evening light show as well. Evening buffet and breakfast were average and very limited options. Bathrooms were very clean which overlooked their other limitations. Service and hospitality were below average.

Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel is impeccably maintained and offers excellent amenities, including a pool, banquet hall, and an in-house bar and pub. The staff is exceptionally courteous and generous, even packing us breakfast for our early morning trip and assisting with route planning and other activities. Special thanks to Kiran and Jeevan, whose efforts made our stay incredibly comfortable.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my family and it is very close to the railway station which is hardly one km away. The hotel appears big and the room was also spacious with hot water facility 24 hours. The room service was also prompt and each day as and when we asked for room cleaning it was done well. It is a budget hotel but bigger in size. The breakfast menu was very normal and limited and mostly repeated on all days. We were given room no. 2026 which was very silent during the night with no noise from outside and we had a comfortable sleep but the fan was away from the bed and it was also running slow at high speed. Despite no extra bed sought they charged us for the 3rd person and since it was weekend/holidays the room rent was little higher which is 30% more than the reasonable rate. Overall it was a OK stay.

Booking with Rio Meridian Hotel was a disappointing experience. Despite confirming my reservation, they unexpectedly increased the rates upon payment, citing peak time charges of 1700. This felt like a breach of trust and left me feeling cheated. It's important for hotels to be transparent about their pricing policies to avoid such misunderstandings. I hope they improve their communication and clarity for future guests.
