Rooms 301 and 302 from 20th August to 21st August Room 301 is exposed to too much of mold especially in the wardrobe The lighting in the room was horrible The bathroom floor gets very slippery when wet The two boys managing the show were absolutely helpless and clueless Room 302 also had a very slippery floor. In addition, the tap for getting hot water just would not work. One of the two room boys had to play around with the tap to make it work. Once one of the guests bathed and the second one had to get hot water we had to get the room boy once again to adjust the tap When we asked for the property manager we only heard excuses as to when that person would be available. The Treebo customer care was equally pathetic and could not get the property manager call back I am logging a complaint on the consumer forums This complaint would be booking rooms that are not fit to be rented out

Good value for money, responsive staff, basic amenities were good, price was reasonable and it's a great location to be in Mysore away from hustle bustle....quiet and calm locality. Breakfast is free and sufficient. AC rooms are bonus.
