Beds are comfortable, great deal. I can't wait to come back. I could live here. Pools, ocean front, balcony. I love it!!!! The receptionist was so nice. September is such a great month to visit Myrtle Beach. Very clean. I have missed coming to the beach for a few years. I will not miss it again

The Sea Dip is our favorite place to stay in Myrtle. This is our second year staying here. They even got us in a room hours early with no question. Friendly staff! Clean pool, lazy river, and hot tub. We will be using Sea Dip from here on out when we visit Myrtle Beach.

I can see why they have 3 stars. The place is run down and customer service is terrible. The was rust on my fridge in an ocean view, I payed a week ahead of time for their best room and it was so bad. All my reviews on Google are good because I'm a very kind person so most of the time they are kind back. The owner denied me for an early check out because of an emergency which is real. I left the state immediately, it wasn't like I wanted a different place cause it was just me and I'll deal with it.They said no refunds and I asked to even tell them what happened and they said no I don't wanna hear it and didn't even give me 35 seconds to say why. I understand business is business but reviews being in the business. I didn't expect all my money back but since I left 4 days early maybe half would have been nice but I wasn't even allowed to talk they hung up on me 2 times and I aware to you I talked in the kindest voice possible. There was one lady that worked one night but she barely works she said and she was so nice! We Chatted for awhile and she helped me find some fake beer since I don't drink. She made calls for me and actually stepped up to customer service and I wish she was the boss!

My sister and I arrived very early in the morning with no reservation she got us a room right away and didn't make us wait until the standard 3pm check in time.she told me about the parking and passed along all sorts information needed to make our stay comfortable.

I stayed here all week long as a last minute booking & everything about the stay was fantastic. I delt with 3 different desk people and 1 janitor - every single staff member was fantastic. The room was clean and way more then I expected especially for the price. I do wish they would have provided pool towels but that's not a big issue. I definitely plan on staying here again. It was also very quiet - I didn't hear any kids screaming which is so nice!! Plus it had a beautiful ocean view and was very close to everything I wanted to see.

Rooms were not ready when we called for early check in and they told us ot was ok. Would not take my socks off in the suite at all. Shower was absolutely the worst I'd ever seen. Dishes were all dirty. Door didn't lock for our room and said they fixed, when indeed they didn't. Moved us to a different room and terrorized my daughter about what we were doing there. Will never go back no way no how!
