The concierge staff member was rude, valet staff were rude. We checked in and either our room was never cleaned or it was someone else’s room. All issues were brought to the attention of the staff so they quickly tried to rectify the issues. We were given a room credit for our troubles. I can honestly say that the issues I encountered & rudeness of staff was not something I expected from the Hilton brand. I appreciate the effort to resolve it quickly. Overall the hotel is beautiful & well kept. My oceanfront room was very relaxing with beautiful views from the 14th floor. This is one of my top 3 favorite places to stay at Myrtle Beach. I'm looking forward to returning soon.

Nice place. Good views of the ocean. Close to boardwalk and shopping and dinning options. Decent place. However only 2 towels on the bath for a 3 night stay for 2 people…. Come on. My wife uses 2 towels every time she showers! Mediocre quality at best. One of the worst beds in any Hilton I have stayed in. Too soft and saggy. All in all I would say stay at oceans 22 only a few blocks south. Much better quality and staff.

We were pleased with our stay , it’s a second time we used this hotel Very accommodating front desk staff, easy check in out, clean room, has anything you need with a great view, we stayed on 20 floor Definitely will be back

Fabulous room with great amenities and ocean view. A few issues but these were resolved immediately. As compensation, we were upgraded to a new room with ocean front and even more amenities. Highly recommend.

Stay was good, post stay service has been very bad.left phone charger in room and no one will look for it or return my calls regarding finding it. I am little POed.

We stayed for 3 nights and found was an excellent place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beach was right out front with free mini golf across the street. Only a 15-20 minute walk to the sky wheel with plenty of options for places to eat on the way. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is very clean. The concierge desk not very friendly. This property which charges resort fees has no restaurant. Not even a breakfast facility! It also lacks a shuttle service, no taxi calling. Considering the fact that the only place nearby is a good breakfast & lunch restaurant closing at 2:00pm.

Friendliest staff was the bell boy. Manager was rude. Had a question about rate at checkin, she took 30 min for her to come and speak to us.

It was nice! And about 20 rows(small streets) from the Ferris wheel right raf area. We did fine without a vehicle, airport ubers were great, about 20$ with tip, no need to order one ahead of time and pay more! There is a small general store right a ross the street. Lulus cafe wasn’t great but the NY pizza (cheap spirits too)and Mexican restaurant one block west were great!
