With floor to ceiling windows you have an unobstructed view of the breathtaking sunrises and beautiful Atlantic Ocean. With 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and a fully stocked kitchen, Latitude Adjustment is the perfect location for extended family/multi family gatherings, small weddings, golf outings, girls get away, or just a peaceful break! This is an owner managed condo and we take great pride in providing you with a beautiful, clean and relaxing get a way! 13 family members made memories of a lifetime at this amazing condo.This was the most well-stocked rental we’ve ever seen. Two refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers were essential for feeding all of us.Location was perfect! Right on the beach. The view from the balcony (really even from the kitchen) was even better than expected! I’ve never had quicker responses from a host. Loretta went above and beyond for our family. Beautiful place with plenty of space for everyone to play, eat, sleep, and gather. The game closet was a personal favorite. I have nothing negative to say about any part of the stay.You WILL NOT regret booking here.

Ocean Blue-Heaven We had a wonderful time with our family and enjoyed our week at the beach! Our stay was problem free and we enjoyed all that Myrtle Beach had to offer, coming home each day to a very comfortable and welcoming home away from home.

Family vacation Very clean, well furnished, lots of amenities, best beach property we have stayed at in the 38 years we’ve been visiting Myrtle Beach. We especially enjoyed the indoor pools when we needed a break from the sun.

Amazing Host, Amazing Place We had a wonderful stay in Myrtle Beach this past weekend! From the moment we arrived, the property manager made us feel welcomed! She was extremely kind, hospitable, and attentive to anything we needed throughout our stay. The condo itself was absolutely amazing. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located for everything we wanted to do. It truly felt like a home away from home, with all the essentials already provided, which made our trip even more relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent accommodations! We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Blue! The kitchen was well stocked. It had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable. Loretta answered every message we sent her and was very helpful. We would definitely return to Ocean Blue!

Beautiful and Spacious! The place was beautiful and beautifully decorated! It was perfect for our 11 guests. Property manager went above and beyond anything we have ever experienced! We have never stayed at a place that was more detailed of things already there that may be needed. Too many to mention but I will mention a few. Bottle of lotion, Q-tips, extra toilet paper, plenty of laundry detergent, etc. etc. The welcome basket was wonderful. The place was designed that everyone had their own privacy and 4 bedrooms with its private bathroom! Everyone loved this place. You will love it too. The ocean view is beautiful. Plus three swimming pools and hot pool. You never know what you’re exactly getting but this ended up being a great choice for us!
