希臘菲利亞精品飯店

Nous avons réservé 3 chambres, 2 suites et une chambre classique, nous y sommes restés une seule nuit et avons quitté l'établissement qui est insalubre, odeur de moisi , moisissures partout du sol au plafond, des cafards et des poils sur le linge de bain , le sol et toilettes sales , le seul point positif est la vue . Difficile d'accès avec une longue pente pour accéder à l'accueil et dans les chambres. Cet hôtel est une honte ! Ils ont immédiatement fait appel à un homme d'entretien pour refaire le mastic dans les chambres après notre plainte. Le jacuzzi absolument pas entretenu. Nous avons demandé un remboursement qu'ils nous a été refusé mais nous ne lâcherons rien . FUYEZ !!

Les photos parlent d'elles mêmes c'est très sale il y a des cafards, poil sur la cuvette, cheveux sur les peignoirs et serviette de bain , plaid jaune de saleté de la moissisure partout c'est une pure arnaque digne d'un deux étoiles et encore le sol étais pourris jaccuzi je ne sais meme pas si l'eau à deja été changer. Nous sommes partis des l'aube et attendons un remboursement

Un posto paradisiaco. Ho soggiornato insieme a mia moglie per il nostro anniversario (e per il suo compleanno il giorno successivo); 3 giorni, nella suite Monet. Panorama pazzesco, con albe e tramonti da poter godere, immersi nella propria piscina privata (ci sono due vasche, una piu’ piccola con acqua calda, ed una grande). Colazione con vista (sia sulla piscina che sul mare), abbondante e di qualita’. Reception sempre presente, cosi come lo staff, che per il complanno di mia moglie, assieme alla torta di benvenuto, ci ha portato anche delle candeline e dei fiammiferi. Ottimo il servizio di shuttle gratuito che dall’hotel porta a Elia Beach (e su richiesta in base all’orario deciso), vi torna a prendere. Sicuramente tornero’ a Mykonos, e sicuramente tornero’ in questa struttura.

I would a bit wary of all the recent and very positive reviews, as myself and my partner have just had a really dissapointing (and short lived) experience with this hotel. We had paid for a duluxe suite with a pool, via BA holidays, as part of a flight and hotel package. When we arrived, we were extremely dissapointed to be shown to a very dated room towards the back of the hotel with no pool, no sea view and worst of all, it was probably the dirtiest hotel room I have ever seen (see photos). The staff at the hotel were totally uninterested in helping us, and refused to do anything about things like the huge stain down the side of the headboard on the bed. Only when we phoned BA holidays, did they then decide they could offer a pool room from day 2, however we had no evidence it would be any more clean, and we had no evidence it would look anything like the photos on the SMY website, so we asked BA to move hotels, which they duly helped us with. I am not sure what we would have done if we hadn't booked via a reputable travel agent, as the staff at the hotel didn't so much as offer us a glass of wine while they tried to sort it, and certainly weren't going to offer any compensation if we stayed in the filthy back room for nigtht one and then moved. There was no manager present and they refused to get one. Only when we confirmed we were checking out, did they become a bit more interested in our situation, but by this point it was too late. Other points to bear in mind with this property are that it is on Elia Beach, which is not in walking distance of anything, like shops or restuarants, so once you are there, you are stuck unless you hire a car or pay for taxis. The pool area and restuarant were roughly as described on the hotel's website. The main positive is that they did give us a free lift for the short journey to our next hotel. My partner and I are not faint hearted, we have travelled extensively, having recently got back from India, and this is genuinely one of the worst rooms we have seen in a hotel that is claiming to be luxurious.

Un hôtel hyper beau ! Les chambres et salle de bain sont grandes et confortables ! Très pratique et propre. Les petits déjeuners sont délicieux et les repas en extra sont excellent. Le personnel très sympathique Par contre les points faibles: la clientèle… un hôtel presque vide ( début juillet) le peu de client sont dans un état lamentable ( se jeter habiller dans la piscine, rentrer a 4h du matin et réveiller tout le monde) bref une honte

We were here in May and the suite We booked was very spacious. Right on the cliffs and the sea view was just amazing. Very clean and friendly staff willing to go the extra mile. Great experience overall.
