米科諾斯阿爾基斯提斯海灘飯店(Alkistis Beach Hotel - Adults Only)

Localizado em Agios Stefanos, à beira mar, este hotel é uma excelente opção em Mykonos, pois o custo/ benefício é bom e próximo há um mercado, um restaurante, aluguel de quadriciclo e uma parada de ônibus que em poucos minutos leva até o centro, passando pelo porto. O hotel tem várias construções, portanto, uns quartos ficam longe da sede principal, mas são limpos, confortáveis e lindamente decorados. O atendimento foi atencioso e educado. O café da manhã é muito bom , tendo uma vista privilegiada para o mar.

El hotel es muy agradable y cómodo. Buena ropa blanca. El cuarto con vista al mar tiene un balcón con mesa y dos sillas. Vista excelente. Desayuno muy bueno y completo y con una vista espectacular. La zona de la pileta muy linda tambien. El restaurant del hotel es muy bueno y con precios muy accesibles. La zona del hotel es muy buena! Tenes una linda playa en frente. Tambien un market al lado y la parada del bus q te lleva al pueblo a 30 mts Todo el personal es super atento y amable! En especial Ana y Stabrula en recepcion.

When we arrived I thought at first ok, the hotel is a lot more modest than it looks online, but the price was low for Mykonos so I thought ok fine we can make it work. The "welcome drinks" were cheap apple juice and when we got to the room the comforter had yellow stains on and it looked like a cheap roadside motel more than a decent hotel room. So I was a bit upset but still thought we will not be that much in the room so let's just ha a laugh about it. We were so hot frm the ferry that we decided let's have a dip in the pool to start, turned out the hotel had no swimming pool available for the entire time of our stay, as had been promised/described in the information when I booked this hotel, the pool was broken. As it was 35 degrees celsius in Greece, I was really upset at this point and the hotel told me if we can find another hotel ASAP and leave the hotel within 15 minutes, they will give us a full refund no problem and they are sorry the pool is out of order. So I got another hotel for 3x the price and they called us a taxi and we left. I have not received any refund from the hotel as they promised, the hotel does not react to my calls or emails and they are just playing some ignoring game with me. At first they told me yes yes it is coming on the phone and nothing has happened despite several calls and emails. Then the manager is never present and he has no direct number. So I think they are just waiting for me to give up and accept they fooled me. I asked them to give me some kind of explanation and they just soud annoyed on the phone and tell me they cannot say anything that the manager will contact me and he never does nor is he ever there present when I call. I have NEVER in my life been treated or scammed like this, we were 4 people in the reception when they told me that everything is fine and we can take another hotel and it is no problem and they will refund me. So not only avoid this hotel because it is rubbish altogether, but also because the people are clearly total liars and criminals and have absolutely zero manners and human decency!!

Do not come near this hotel. This is the worst hotel ever. Very bad rooms and facilities. It is not accessible at all! Good luck climbing 15 min walk all the way to your room while taking your own luggage. The manager was so rude! Instead of helping us paying costumers, told us to leave the hotel. I will never in a million years go near this horrible hotel ever again. And I hope you guys will listen to this advice🙏🏼

Hôtel en hauteur donc pas pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Pour les autres, c'est bon pour l exercice! Les chambres sont légèrement petites mais confortable. La vue de notre chambre donnait sur la mer et elle était superbe. Le buffet était copieux et toujours bien garni. L hôtel est bien situé, juste à côté de l arrêt de bus pour aller au centre de Mykonos et à côtéde la plage. La piscine aussi était belle et bien entretenu. Tout le personnel est sympathique et nous avons adoré l endroit.

Hôtel à courte distance du centre-ville de Mykonos. Certaines sections semblent neuves et rénovées, alors que d’autres non. Nous avons été installé la partie la plus loin, dans les dernières chambres, tout en haut. La dernière partie, pour atteindre les chambres n’est pas belle, pas rénovée. Les matelas de nos chambres (section 200), sont inconfortables et on sent les ressorts. Les salle de bains sont cependant superbes et rénovées. Le restaurant est correct, sans plus. Déjeuner très bien. La plage juste en face est très bien, pas trop achalandée, peu de vagues. Personnel très sympathique.
