麥肯尼亞烏托邦度假村及城堡(Myconian Utopia Relais & Chateaux)

nous venons de passer 5 jours a l'Utopia, et cela est suffisant. bel hôtel au design un peu froid et déjà vu. Perché au dessus de la baie. l'arrivée à travers les communs est un peu décevante, l'accueil au check in est charmant et parfait. Chambre spacieuse, avec une jolie vue, mais pas de sièges sur la terrasse, et peu de meuble dans la chambre (à part le lit, où poser le plateau du petit déjeuné?) . le personnel du restaurant est plein de bonne volonté, mais à part un ou deux manque nettement de formation. on est loin d'un cinq étoiles Relais et Châteaux.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo hotel e il giudizio è molto positivo.Come membri di Les Amis di Relais Chateaux, abbiamo avuto un upgrade della camera, non scontato in altre strutture.Location bellissima con meravigliosa vista sulla baia, camera spaziosa e curata nei dettagli, personale attento e cordiale.Abbiamo anche pranzato e cenato più volte in hotel e siamo rimasti soddisfatti sia per la qualità dei piatti, sia per il servizio e l’atmosfera davvero speciale.Un grazie di cuore al direttore dell’hotel per la professionalità,la dedizione e la gentilezza verso gli ospiti.

Summary: Check-in - pleasant, fast, attentive to our request, welcome drink a nice gesture Room- spacious, non-conformist, atipic, modern design , very clean, with very good quality cosmetics Restaurant - amazing view and design, gentle and attentive service, good and tasty food Pool - infinity pool, medium-small size, with amazing view over the sea, comfy sun-beds; very good music with DJ during the day, in the evening looks fantastic Breakfast - very tasty, variety of good quality food, super good baklava, fresh orange juice and tasty coffee and again, so nice and gentle personnel, attentive to your needs, always smiling and with a positive attitude Beach - to be reached by minibus transfer, sandy with clear water, and bar service with drinks&snacks available Shop - in the lobby a small shop with nice designed clothes, including Greek designers Good to know - daily free shuttle to town; transfer to/from the airport - 15 euro/person, 2 small bottles of still water free in the room daily What I highly appreciated is the whole concept of this hotel, the stunning simple but sophisticated design of each corner and the natural hospitality that we felt, gentle personnel from restaurant, pool or reception; special thanks to Mr. Kostas - Guest Manager, for his gentle help, always oriented for finding solutions, offering very prompt and attentive service, overall a high quality customer centric experience My heroes are the drivers who assure with a lot of patience transfer from early morning till midnight between restaurants/hotels of the Myconian collection, beach or town This is an unforgettable small amazing hotel with great staff, willing to do everything to make you want to revert.

Hotel molto bello,spiaggia stupenda e molto organizzata. Direttore albergo stupendo, devo dire però che il ristorante è molto deludente. Consapevoli del mio problema con il lattosio, non sono stati per niente a disposizione, cameriere scontroso, rigido, non collaborativo. Per farvi un esempio, in menu c'era un tipo di pasta con sugo al pesce, dei cavatelli.. scelgo questi e mi dicono ok, torna dopo qualche minuto dicendo che nella pasta e non nel sugo c era lattosio, dico allora mettete gli spaghetti ..la risp è stata con aria nervosa, di no, perché già mia moglie aveva scelto riso in bianco (anche in questo caso l'avevano obbligata ad avere riso con cipolla,perché in bianco con olio non si poteva) che era un fuori menù.. adesso io spaghetti invece di cavatelli.. Mi sono alzato e sono andato via, mi capita spesso di viaggiare e devo dire che questi atteggiamenti non li ho mai trovati, ma aggiungo che nei 5 stelle l'atteggiamento dovrebbe essere completamente diverso. Peccato perché la struttura è fantastica, il direttore anche. Ma il ristorante per me è da riorganizzare del tutto.

Not a 5 star if you’re from America, but it’s okay. No coffee maker in the room or sitting area. Everything costs money. Nowhere to get snacks or drinks other than the restaurant. I got 3 tiny diet cokes and a small iced latte to the room and it was 26 Euro. The rooms with the private pools are a waste because the water is too cold to get in. We were upgraded to a hot tub room, it was fine. Mini bar in room but it costs money too. The main pool is too cold to swim in as well. I’d stay somewhere cheaper. Maybe the Elia beach hotel.

Each year I choose that hotel in Mykonos where I come with my boyfriend. We really love the place, the rooms are excellent and wonderful. The food, the staff, the breakfast even the music and the style of the whole place are unforgettable. We really love this amassing relais and we will come next year again!

La atención es sin igual . La vista es la mejor Las habitaciones agradables Las amenidades son muy buenas Lo mejor el desayuno Tiene acceso a la playa y ahí todos los empleados está. Atentos a lo que uno requiera Es un lugar de descanso espectacular .

plage agréable , trés bon accueil , qualité des mets et du service ; un vrai 5 étoiles , parking pratique vue exceptionnelle sur la mer ; propreté de la chambre et des parties communes ; disponibilité du personnel à la reception au quotidien pour nous donner des bons conseils et répondre à nos attentes

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Frühstück exzellent. Restaurantpreise sind total überteuert. Personal top, außer Poolbar. An der Pool dröhnt am ganzen Tag laute, aggressive Disco Musik. Zu trotz ständigen Beschwerden wird hier nichts getan. Wer sich erholen möchte soll sich dieses Hotel meiden.
