We was very excited to my sister Ring ceremony. This is totally spoilt from the royal phulhar hotel. We will never suggest to go anyone this useless hotel. We have burn my money to choose this hotel Very bad behaviour of all employees and manager.

Worst Hotel of the entire Bihar !! Mr Sujit Hotel Manager is a great example of unprofessional staff. If the leader is treating the guests like animals then how you expect professional behaviour from others. I used to visit here for my regular business trips but I assured from my side either me or my entire personal and professional colleagues never going to visit there. Pathetic Experience !! nice Hotel, good food , nice area and very good ambience can't ask more in place like muzaffarpur area.

A very bad experience toilet, carpet and all things are dirty. I will not visit again. During my stay at this hotel, every aspect was a disappointment. The room was dingy, with stains on the carpet and a musty smell lingering. Dust coated every surface making the entire space feel unhygienic. The linens were worn-out and seemed unclean, leaving me uneasy about sleeping there. The staff appeared indifferent, offering little assistance or genuine concern for guests’ complaints. Overall, i would not recommend this establishment, as cleanliness and guest comfort are evidently not a priority.

Excellent hotel the royal phular Maripur chowk room and Malti caution restaurant and banquet hall and front office ariya and conference hall and Twilight restaurant and suming pull. and food service mr.sanjeet jee and all team' thanks 👍🏿

No provision of hot water in tap. You have to ask for hot water and they supply in bucket. No heating in ac room in chilling weather. Even room heater is not available pathetic service.
