I have been traveling to Savoy since 80's and they sell Heritage but unfortunately their new building is No where close to Heritage. It's a modern building. Totally disappointed this time with their new rooms. Why would they even selling something which is not upto their standards. If one is not staying in old Heritage building then it's a waste of money as this new building is like one is cornered from the old building

Quite unsatisfactory. Bad service generally. Uncaring attitude. Non flexibility. Inability to serve the guest need. Incompetence displayed on a number of occasions whether it be in relation to service that are quite normal and standard to any most business hotel in India.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every details. Special thanks to Shrishti , Sonia ,Anas , Ankit and Aditi .The entire team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and valued. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and elegant. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and hassle-free. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and great service. Definitely coming back!

I had a good experience at the hotel savoy . It's a very historic property,the staff was very fabulous in all services. It's a very beautiful property with a extreme view with the garhwal range .I enjoy alot in the hotel premises..i wish to come back again nd enjoy the expeteional services in the welcom hotel the Savoy masuri Kudos to every staff of the hotel

The service here is truly world-class; from the warm welcome at reception to the thoughtful touches in our room, every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. A special shoutout to CINDI in the restaurant—her infectious enthusiasm, personalized recommendations, and genuine care elevated our dining experiences to unforgettable moments. She remembered our preferences without missing a beat and even shared insider tips on local Mussoorie gems! Speaking of the restaurant, we dined at the main venue multiple times, and it was a highlight. The menu beautifully marries Continental classics with Indian flavors, using fresh, seasonal ingredients that burst with taste. Highlights included the creamy mushroom risotto and DAL BUKHARA, The ambiance is cozy yet refined, with candlelit tables that feel intimate even in a bustling evening.

Staying at the Savoy Hotel in Mussoorie was truly a delightful experience. The property carries a rich history that adds an old-world charm, perfectly blending with the mesmerizing landscapes of the hills around. The hospitality was outstanding — from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Shristhi, Adhiti and Sonia were extremely friendly, courteous, well-dressed, and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and warmth really elevated the stay.The food was excellent, with a variety of options that were not only delicious but also beautifully presented.
