Quite unsatisfactory. Bad service generally. Uncaring attitude. Non flexibility. Inability to serve the guest need. Incompetence displayed on a number of occasions whether it be in relation to service that are quite normal and standard to any most business hotel in India.

The Savoy Hotel in Mussoorie, a stunning hotel, is like a hidden gem! The old-fashioned architecture and lovely furniture combine history and contemporary amenities quite well. The food at the hotel's restaurant and bar was delicious, and everyone who worked there, from the parking guy to the cleaning crew and service people, were friendly, professional, and really good at their jobs. Beautiful Garden and mountain view.

Miss Saloni and team made our stay memorable.Property is one of the best in india, ofcourse hospitality is top notch.they make every penny you pay worth it.Resort has everything,no need to go outside for anything.Highly recommended for people with kids and old ppl in family.

We love everything, I highly recommend savoy for its cozy rooms , serene atmosphere and great customer service. A big thumbs up. The hotel room were clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with wide varieties of food the staffs were really friendly and helpful . The location is just perfect for a walk around and it's almost like the fairy tales

I visited this property a week before The Savoy its not only a unique name but it is a unique architecture with beautiful view of mountains and dehradoon valley. You can feel the charm of the property. All their staff is very helpful and their food taste is very good. If you ate looking for a property away from the hustle bustle this is your place. Special thanks to Ms Sonal , Mr Aditya and Ms Priyanka from front office. I’ll visit again soon here.
