The stay was lovely and food was really good. Claridges lives upto their name when it comes to hospitality. They also offer complimentary shuttle service to Mall Road so it’s easier to explore Mussoorie.

one of the finest properties you can find in hills. location is absolutely perfect away from maddening mall road crowd but also not too far, just few minutes away.
staff is very courteous and helpful. they went out of the way to help my child who suffered from travel sickness.
room was recently renovated and easily met 4* standards.
property is undergoing renovation so hopefully it will be more better in upcoming months.
food options are limited but good & fresh, fish/mutton were very tasty, items are reasonably priced.
each staff is very polite & humble.
property is well maintained & sits atop a pvt hill.
property approach is easy & not too steep, easily manageable with any car type.

Exceptional Stay with Best Hospitality! We were group of school friends outing almost after a decades. Most comfortable stay with warm and courteous service. Food is something I’ll go back 100 times. Property is impeccable well managed kudos to the leadership. It’s not easy to run luxury hotel in hills. Best of Luck to Mr. Ghosh - The General Manager.

Beautiful boutique property, great food and amazing hospitality. Special mention for Mr Virendra Rawat ji and f&b staff Mr Mukesh for their 10/10 service. Overall, the service standards were excellent. Highly recommended for a peaceful staycation.

This is a beautiful heritage property , a quiet oasis in Barlowganj, set a distance ( 20minute drive) based on traffic from Mussoorie. The welcome upside is that you are from from the noise and bustle of Mussoorie. The rooms are tastefully decorated & well equipped. It is a beautiful colonial era structure. Most rooms look into a common courtyard which is the main access to the hotel. So you have to keep curtains drawn at all times and there is not much of a view, except maybe the corner room. It is a large estate so you could walk around and enjoy view from its multiple open terraces and gardens . Food was decent. The local pahadi thali they served us was a standout. We enjoyed sitting around the bonfire in the night. They also helped arrange a trek - Benog forest trail, for us with an excellent guide - Rohit. Staff are friendly and warm.

I recently stayed at The Claridges Nabha and it has truly been an amazing experience. The hospitality here is world class. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. A special mention to Mr. Ghosh, Dinesh and Mr. Virender for their exceptional care and support throughout the stay. The food was amazing as well, every meal felt thoughtful and delicious. I honestly have no words to thank the entire staff for the warmth and care they extended. It made the stay memorable in every way. I would highly recommend Claridges Nabha to everyone. Come and experience this beautiful property and their unmatched hospitality. It genuinely feels like home.

I had a wonderful stay at The Claridges, Mussoorie. The hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, delicious food, and a peaceful location. The food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The evening live music added a soothing touch, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The location is stunning, surrounded by hills and greenery, yet conveniently close to Mall Road. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Mussoorie. A special mention to Front Office Manager Mr. Shivank Kumar Verma, who was extremely polite, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. His professionalism and warm hospitality truly enhanced the experience. Overall, The Claridges is a beautiful property with great service and a welcoming atmosphere.
