Overall Greater Experience. Room, View, Food, Ambience all are TOP-NOTCH.

It’s a decent property. Food was good. Kids section had all paid activities, it was bit disappointing. Overall experience was good.

Mussoorie is cold and difficult to get around but this hotel made the trek up worth it. The view was astounding, the room was clean and comfortable, and the food was fantastic. There are a lot of stairs though so be sure you are willing to make the climb!

Beautiful location

Very good experience.... Rooms are very good....staffs behavior is excellent & they are very helpful too...... But only we faced problem that is we have to travel a long distance and many stairs from main entrance of the resort to reaching our room......but specially I mentioned some names of the staffs ......Mr. Jitendra, Mr. Harkishan and Mr. Sumit (Relationship Manager) & last but not the list Mr. Sultan.

Thanks Sterling Mussoorie for the nice stay and food . It was a picturesque location with the view of the Himalayas and Dehradun from the room . Be careful about the monkeys. don't keep the windows open . Lot of maintenance work going on. Have to walk a lot up and down the stairs as the property is in different layers of the hill. . The food is good and a great relaxation spot in the hills . The conveyance from Mussoorie town to the hotel is bit difficult as there are no small vehicles to ply those 2 kms .

Kids Play Area: If you are booking this property for the kids, there are some important points to consider. Almost every activity for kids is on a payment basis. Additionally, the kids' activity area closes at 8:30 pm. So, by the time families return from visiting nearby tourist spots, they might find that the activity area is no longer available. Practically, there is nothing for kids to do after 8:30 pm.

Hospitality of restaurant staff is excellent,specially harikishan and his team's behavior .We should visit once in a season mandatory. Our family enjoyed very much My children enjoyed very much .....................................
