穆魯基飯店公寓(Al Murooj Hotel Apartments)

Hotel che all'apparenza sembra di alto livello e che, per alcune cose lo è. Molto bella la piscina con acqua riscaldata all'ultimo piano e con una bella vista, sia di giorno che di sera. Ottimo il profumo nelle sale comuni e nei corrodi (come in diverse parti dell'Oman è pieno di diffusori, cosa veramente apprezzata). Camera ampia e ben rifinita. Nostra figlia si è divertita con la funzionalità di scelta delle suonerie per il campanello della porta. Buona e completa la colazione. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Prezzo buono in rapporto al livello generale. Insonorizzazione della camera insufficiente, sia verso l'esterno (c'è una strada di grande passaggio sotto ed il rumore era veramente forte) che verso l'interno (si sentivano, per la verità non in maniera eccessiva, rumori da altre camere). La nostra camera aveva il terrazzino (non che fosse molto utile in realtà visto il caldo e la possibilità di sfruttare la piscina) inaccessibile perchè la finestra era bloccata. Da migliorare la pulizia dei lettini e le dotazioni della piscina. Qualche problema con il letto aggiunto per la bambina, chiesto più volte e poi arrivato con diversi difetti. Nel complesso una buona soluzione dove alloggiare a Muscat.

Un hotel muy descuidado, lo salva que abajo tiene un buen restaurante y está muy bien ubicado, necesita renovación u limpieza extrema. El check in fue rápido. El restaurante de abajo es turco, y hay opciones económicas cerca está a más de 1 kilómetro del mar

The room was good, pretty spacious. The location is perfect, near big shopping centers. The reception was smooth, our check in was fast. One thing that I didnt like was that there were no dental kits and slippers. I was hoping they would have it since its a four star hotel. Also we booked a room for two but there was only one towel provided.

The Hotel is in a convenient location though you would better have your own wheels. The room is of decent size and the amenities are all good. However, for a room booked for two people, only one towel was provided, which should not be the case. The beds are comfy and we had a good night's sleep there. the reception was ok and the check in was done smoothly. They have a tendency of rounding up the price for the higher amount when you pay on site. A few more Baisas is nothing but for the property, it is a sign of greed and unprofessionalism.

The wifi wasn’t great and the hot water didn’t stay hot for long so always had a cold bath, however zaman the receptionist was so caring always asking how we are and our baby, he made the stay worth it and always helped as much as he could

hotel tres agréable avec un personnel au petit soin pour ses clients . La piscine et le jacuzzi sur le toit sont tres agréable apres une journée de visite . La nuit l'eclairage de la piscine est tres agréable .
