三山飯店

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider enttäuschend. Wir gingen davon aus, dass alle Zimmer renoviert sind, bekamen jedoch eines, das nur über einen umständlichen Weg erreichbar war – durch einen stickigen Skikeller und dann über eine steile, eisige Straße ums Haus herum zum Hintereingang ohne funktioierende Beleuchtung. Definitiv nicht das, was wir erwartet hatten! Das Abendessen war eine Zumutung: schlabbrige Pommes, ein halbroher, lauwarmer Burger und ein kaltes Entrecôte. Nach unserer Beschwerde kam das Essen 10 Minuten später wieder – das Burgerbrötchen nun hart getoastet, das Fleisch immer noch nicht wirklich warm. Das Entrecôte kam ohne Sauce zurück, stattdessen wurde uns nachträglich eine wässrige Brühe dazu serviert. Insgesamt geschmacklich enttäuschend und qualitativ fragwürdig. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt: Die Weinkarte bot gerade einmal drei Flaschen zur Auswahl – alle zwischen 120 und 140 Franken. Da hätten wir etwas mehr Vielfalt und eine fairere Preisgestaltung erwartet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war dann erfreulicherweise gut, allerdings waren um 7:30 Uhr weder Brot noch Eierspeisen verfügbar, was nicht gerade für eine perfekte Organisation spricht. Was uns zudem aufgefallen ist: Im gesamten Hotel sprach niemand Deutsch, was in einer Region mit vielen deutschsprachigen Gästen nicht besonders einladend wirkt. Leider können wir dieses Hotel so nicht weiterempfehlen.

Hotel encantador, lindo, confortável, acolhedor. Tudo funciona à perfeição. Café da manhã delicioso, tudo preparado na cozinha do hotel por alguém muito talentoso, servido com simpatia e atenção aos detalhes. Obrigada, Ana! Muito boa sauna. Localização excepcional. Vistas deslumbrantes. Ótimos livros à disposição na biblioteca do hotel, onde a música ambiente é sempre muito boa.

Nothing special. Room was a good size, but the bed was uncomfortable. Toilet paper and towels were scratchy. While the front desk staff tried, they have what they have, so the answer was "no" to anything we requested. Having only 1 room key was very inconvenient. Breakfast was decent with high quality baked goods and jams. I appreciated that they had non-dairy milk for cereal. There was also the typical meats and cheeses. You can cook your own hard boiled eggs, but sometimes the water isn't hot enough and guests mix up each others' eggs, so it's not that practical - particularly if you're on a time schedule. Breakfast doesn't start until 7:30. Dinner menu was unappealing, so we never took advantage of the terrace. Rooms 1 & 2 are on the lower level. Note that if you're staying in one of these two rooms, take the LOWER road from the train station when you arrive (not the upper road pointing to the Bellevue Hotel). If you take the upper road, it's a steep uphill climb, and then you need to carry your luggage back down a challenging and uneven outdoor stairway to get to the room. The approach from the lower road is much easier. I wish someone would have told us this before we arrived. It also would have been nice if they pointed out the room shutters and showed us how to work the room key.
