穆雷的萊娜精品飯店(Reina Boutique Hotel - Murree)

Booked this Hotel and then we received a message one day before our trip that the rooms are not available and transfered us to a crappy hotel. They had us stay in another hotel. This is not how hoteling business works. We should get what we booked. We are glad we have received a message though ******* telling us that the rooms we booked and paid for are gone and they transfered us in a different hotel.

A high quality built bed and breakfast. Area is kinda small and the only thing missing is Parking. However the staff was very kind and welcoming. Best thing was towel warmers in washroom which was very chic. This is suited for hikers backpackers moving to mall and pindi point. Good for groups too. Staff quantity could have been more. I suggest a parking solution and more room service menu options. Also theres stairs access so not good for older people or disabled.
