Embassy Suites by Hilton South Jordan Salt Lake City

The trip was good. Room was clean and front desk was always helpful. I would say the kitchen staff was friendliest. The breakfast buffet was good. But room service NEVER answered the phone. Terrible service. And they never once cleaned our room in the 5 nights we were here. 2 of the mornings we slept in and had a do not disturb sign.. but the other mornings, we saw them in the hall a few doors down headed towards our room. They saw us, we said hi. We didn’t have a sign on the door. And they never once entered our room and replaced our towels, took our trash, nothing. That was a bummer. One of the pillow covers and my kid’s sheets had an old deep yellow stain on it when we first arrived. The room was clean but the sheets made us a little iffy. Overall though, it was a nice quiet room. Modern and comfy suite, and central location to everything we wanted to see.

I am a woman who travels alone. This hotel makes me feel very safe every time I visit (12 times a year). I am especially appreciative of Trish and Martha at the bar. I eat dinner there every visit and they always make me feel so welcome. Thank you!

Room was excellent. Love the bed and pillows, very comfy. Breakfast was outstanding. Loved the person who made our omelets. THANK YOU

Such a. Nice stay. The room was had plenty of space and was clean, beds were comfy. Breakfast options and breakfast staff were fantastic.

There were so many options for breakfast and our room was beautiful! The lobby area was so nice as well. Our stay was amazing!

We had a great stay. Super clean. Breakfast was amazing. Pool was warm. Can't say anything bad about this place.

When we got situated in our room, we realized the toilet was plugged. Maintenance arrived quickly and spent about 30 minutes fixing the issue. However, the bathroom sink was very sluggish as well. I think the plumbing needs a good clean out.
