House is clean with good space and everything one needed for a wonderful stay. Communication was flawless and precise and check in and check out was seamless. Would definitely try to stay again when in the area. Host communication and instructions were clear, easy and reasonable. Area was quiet but with enough close by to be convenient.

Nashville Getaway
This property was perfect for our trip to Nashville. It was a wonderful house that was far enough away to be out of the rush, but close enough to run into town.

Great House!
Clean, updated, fresh and welcoming. Kitchen stocked very well, as were all the bathrooms. Not one complaint to share. We give this house 5 Stars!

Lillie’s Pad is a newly remodeled 3 bedroom 1 bath home. Equipped with kitchen, Roku TVs with Peacock in the living room, 400 mbps high speed wifi, a private work space and ample parking. This 1950s home has been fully renovated with tile floors and original hardwoods. The contemporary living space has everything to make you feel at home. Welcome to Lillie's Pad!
The space comfortably sleeps up to 8. Main bedroom has a queen size bed. 2nd bedroom has a twin and full size bunk bed. 3rd bedroom has a queen size sofa bed and a desk to work while away. Fully furnished kitchen with updated appliances and touchless motion activated kitchen faucet. Formal dining room & breakfast bar. Two spacious sitting rooms. Parking for 2 cars. Onsite washer & dryer combo.
