We hebben hier enkele dagen overnacht en gegeten. Door het voorseizoen was het erg rustig. De chefkok was van grote klasse en heeft ons verblijf onvergetelijk gemaakt van ontbijt tot lunch en diner. Wat kan deze man koken .De kamers zijn prima en modern ingericht. Een pluim voor iedereen

Las instalaciones fantásticas, la comida inmejorable, pero lo mejor el trato personal. Agradecerle a Raúl y familia el excelente trato, hemos pasado los días de nochebuena en familia y hemos estado como en casa. INMEJORABLE

Un lugar para ir en pareja en plan tranquilo y disfrutar de las vistas la piscina y la comida todo espectacular ver por la tarde noche el atardecer con toda sierra Espuña en frente una botella de vino y la paz que se respira no tiene precio.

Our stay was absolutely superb. We stayed with friends and were blown away by the standard of the hotel and mostly by the standard of the food which was something else.! The owner /chef is someone who is truly passionate about the hotel and the food, if we could give 10 stars we would. The food was out of this world and the service was nothing but excellent. Highly highly recommend and the location was stunning. We all cannot wait to return it was an experience never to forget. Thank you Hotel Mirador Aledo .

I love this place, absolutely beautiful. We have been a few times to the restaurant and the food and wine is excellent. They are very on top of dietary requirements and are very adaptable. They have made me some really lovely vegan dishes every time I have been there. The menu was a great, exotic meats on offer with a cool story about the owners time in Africa. He is Spanish with excellent English and his work is clearly his passion. Everything about this place is beautiful and all staff welcoming and friendly, family run and that makes everything seem that much nicer. Absolutely stunning location out of the way and perfect to disconnect we can’t wait to stay in the hotel. Not a place to go in a hurry it’s somewhere to spent the afternoon soaking up the ambience eating and drinking slowly over a couple of hours

Amazing place! Bike friendly, great room, food is wow, good service - I totally recommend it, especially if you are in the area for biking!
