洛迦諾在家飯店(@ Home Hotel Locarno)

The hotel is very nice and the proprietors are both welcoming and helpful. The room was small but adequate and included a small balcony, however, you had to duck to go out to the balcony. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked great! When I booked this, I was of the understanding that someone was at a front desk until 6 PM. It turns out that there is no front desk, and no one to help you if you need anything. They have a number to call but not the same thing. Because we didn't speak Italian, we were not able to call a taxi (they would hang up on us). So, although this is a very nice hotel, if you don't speak the language, you may want a full service hotel.

A marvelous experience near the lake of Locarno. I booked a room on the 5th floor and nothing disappointed me. The comfort, the silence and the cleanliness really surprised me. The personnel Cinthia and Nadia were more than polite and helped me a lot. At the end, breakfast was good and sufficient. To sum up, a fine choice "value for money".

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e abbiamo trovato cordialità, simpatia, gentilezza, pulizia e una vasta scelta di cibo per un'ottima colazione, dal dolce al salato. Cinzia e Nadia persone speciali che ti fanno sentire coccolate e bene. Consigliamo vivamente il soggiorno Grazie

We booked 2 rooms for 2 couples. One room was charged 420 CHF the other 390 CHF for 1 night. The price is way too much for both rooms but of course this is offer and demand. However the cheaper room didn’t even have a toilet in the room! The more expensive room had 2 toilets and balconies. Neither room had breakfast included. When talking to the managers that room without toilets is much too high compared to the other room, they said yes you are right. The difference is too small. We will increase the price of the better by 100 CHF. They could have offered at least the breakfast or done any other gesture. Also there is no reception. We couldn’t leave the luggage longer than 4pm. I

Cinzia e Nadia ci hanno accolto con calore e simpatia. La nostra camera aveva un piccolo balcone vista lago che ha reso ancora più gradevole il soggiorno. Colazione abbondante con frutta fresca, formaggi, salumi e cornetti fragranti. Pet friendly.

La mia esperienza è stata positiva. Il lago è raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata dall'hotel. Camera silenziosa provvista di condizionatore è tutto il necessario per il bagno. I check-in è stato rapidissimo anche grazie alla possibilità di inserire i documenti online gentilissime le due conduttrici dell'hotel mi hanno informato di tutto e fornito del ticket Ticino da cui ho ricevuto diversi sconti durante il soggiorno. Colazione fatta in veranda con tutto quello che necessita. L'orario di chiusura e apertura dell'hotel non da nessun problema avendo una chiave magnetica per l'ingresso dello stesso. Parcheggio per l'auto è abbastanza capiente non ho avuto nessun problema.

Tolles Hotel, super Personal, sehr saubere Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Seeufer in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, einfach super. Wir kommen gerne wieder :) :)

Es ist für eine Unterkunft in welcher ich gern logiere. Sie hat style, gut gelegen und irgendwie so ein gewisser charme. Immer wieder gerne
