Sehr schönes, neu renoviertes, top sauberes Zimmer (mit Balkon und Seesicht - lohnt sich). Äusserts freundliches, hilsbereites Personal. Super zentrale Lage am See und nah zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Kann das Hotel absolut empfehlen und werde gerne wieder kommen.

飯店位置極佳。一切都很乾淨但看起來有點破舊。我們的房間和走廊有一股霉味。床不舒服。性價比對我們來說不合適。 但位置確實很棒。員工一方面很友好，另一方面又很冷漠。

Grandes chambres, simples mais confortables et bien équipées. Vue sur le lac depuis le petit balcon. Petit déjeuner buffet avec beaucoup de choix. L'hôtel est juste derrière la gare, soit même pas 5 minutes à pied si on passe par la porte de derrière.

hôtel idéalement placé en bordure du lac, à coté de la gare SNCF, de l'embarcadère des bateaux et à 4 minutes de Piazza Grande. Chambres vue lac avec balcon et terrasse, petit déjeuner en terrasse vue lac, accueil très agréable, cet hôtel à une bonne âme.

Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It is mega-close to the train station so no trouble wheeling luggage from train to hotel. Had a warm welcome from the lady on reception and, although we arrived early, our room was ready. We were grateful for the hotel's air-conditioning as it was very hot during our stay and the hotel's fridge was very useful. Had a room with a huge terrace overlooking the lake. Breakfast was great. We ate out on the terrace on all 3 mornings we were there. Particularly liked the freshly-squeezed orange juice. My only gripe was the shower head. The water came out like a garden hose! If we'd have stayed longer I'd probably have mentioned it, but for 3 days I put up with it. However, I can thoroughly recommend the Geranio for anyone wishing to stay in Locarno.

Really lovely hotel. Excellent location. Friendly and very helpful staff. Breakfast buffet excellent. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Good value for money. Restaurant is also good. Get a lake view room...it is superb....

In a group of 23 with Road Scholar, we were scheduled for 3 nights. On the second night at least 9 of the group tested positive for Covid. Those folks could not continue on the tour but were allowed to stay in the hotel. The hotel must be commended for the safe and excellent care. First day they placed breakfast outside the door, other days we could go down and bring choices back to room. No maid service but clean towels were provided. We could pick up an evening meal at the desk, without meeting other Covid carriers. The hotel had obviously been through this before and were careful and kind. My wife and I were negative but elected to not continue with the "Covid tour." As the tour ended in 4 days, at least 11 stayed at the hotel for 3 more nights before departing for Zurich Airport and home to the US. We all had to pay for the room and meals by ourselves as Road Scholar abandoned us. It is a lovely hotel with a great location, but they do not have air conditioning and the temperature was 85-90 degrees making sleeping very unpleasant. Armand
