首先,我很抱歉在這裏失去了我的筆記,上面寫着很棒的工作人員的名字,但非常感謝來自肯尼亞的了不起的年輕女士,她爲我們辦理了入住手續!真的很友好,幽默感很強,絕對適合房子前面。來自意大利的年輕女士和正在訓練的年輕人一起,只是笑得很開心,這三個人都很聰明,從一分鐘起你就感到歡迎!房間現代,裝飾精美。舒適的牀,大量的衣櫃空間。很棒的浴室,庫存充足,很棒的步入式淋浴!早餐豐富,一流!你挑不出毛病!不錯的酒店酒吧,他們會讓您成爲一個很棒的“老時尚”,你可以坐在那裏,看着世界舒適地經過!酒店距離一個美麗的林地公園有兩分鐘的步行路程,那裏有一個啤酒花園,周圍有一些非常好的餐館。當地交通停在外面,或者乘坐25歐元的出租車前往主要景點。我們對慕尼黑印象深刻,我們只來這裏參加斯普林斯汀音樂會,但它是我們返回的城市,當我們這樣做時,這家酒店將成爲我們的第一站。完美!工作人員創造了這個地方,謝謝大家!

假日酒店一貫風格，設施齊全，服務周到。 作為城市中心酒店，早餐相比起其它城市的豐富，有熱菜。接待旅行團，相對早餐嘈雜、混亂，人很多，用餐集中。 離景點瑪麗安廣場步行1.5公裏左右，大約步行25分鐘。 存車在旁邊的公共停車場，一天20歐元封頂，在停車場內機器上繳費。 由於周末入住，價格不合適。早餐另外收費。 入住必須得15點，可以存放行李，服務一般吧。

我喜歡這個索菲特酒店的前提是:溫泉池(有瀑布和漩渦),桑拿浴,蒸汽浴以及休息室都是免費對旅客開放的。旅館的位置非常好,我有兩次一日往返游都是從這家酒店隔壁的火車站開始的。一次是去達豪集中營,一次是穿越阿爾卑斯山去奧地利的因斯布魯克。雖然就在火車站隔壁單我從來沒聽到過火車的喧鬧聲,所以別為此擔心。雖然沒吃過提供的早餐,但餐館的晚餐和酒吧的飲料都很不錯。我們強烈推薦索菲特-慕尼黑巴亞普斯特酒店。

酒店在主火車HBF的對面,但要看你出來入口。 我們祝福早餐提供從6-11am的週六和週日自由流的Prosecco。當然早餐的廣泛傳播,主要是麪包。 我們享受了我們的住宿

We spent a weekend there in June 2023, Friday through Sunday. Location: right next to a shopping mall (Riem Arcaden) with supermarkets and food places among many others. Parking: shared parking with shopping mall, designated elevator to the hotel lobby. Parking fee 20 to 25 euros per night. Overall impression: clean, light, modern. Check in and check out: fast and polite. Room: average size, very clean, small bathroom. We paid 75 euros per night per room (two people) and for this rate everything was as good as or even better than expected. One issue: no door bolt / security latch! In total we give four and a half stars for the hotel. We would have given five stars if there had been a door bolt and some smiles from the front desk staff as we walked by. Restaurant: Evening service one star / breakfast service four stars. We wanted to have dinner at the restaurant. My son ordered a Schnitzel which was half the size it used to be before covid (we used to stay at this hotel 3 times a year up until 2020). He was still hungry afterwards. The Schnitzel cost 28 euros. I am coeliac and often encounter problems finding food in German restaurants. I spoke to a very friendly waiter about it who was trying to be helpful but failed miserably (not his fault). He had no idea what gluten-free meant and he wasn't fluent in German nor English. He went to the kitchen and came back with some information. Not good enough. Went back to the kitchen and came back with some more information. Still not entirely helpful. There was a side order of vegetables on the menue with a dish. I asked if I could just get a side order of plain vegetables. No, I couldn't. It was not a matter of pricing, the waiter just didn't understand what I wanted from him and kept running back to the kitchen to ask but there didn't seem anybody available to deal with my request. I decided not to eat and ordered just a small non-alcoholic wine. Got a large one instead (was only charged for a small one but they couldn't get this right either). To summarize: my son and I were the only people in the restaurant. One might wonder why. We tried to order four items in total: Schnitzel, coke, side order of veggies, non-alcoholic wine. They failed on two out of four. The restaurant really deserves zero stars from us, however, we feel one star should go to the waiter who really tried hard and remained friendly throughout! Breakfast service started out just as bad. Upon check in I had asked if they offered gluten-free options and I was told it would not be a problem. First, however, it was. The first check in lady (younger) I spoke to was in training but didn't get help from somebody experienced. She just pointed me to the two gluten-free items offered in the buffet area but couldn't not answer my questions as to whether any bread could be warmed up for me in the kitchen. 旅途中最滿意的酒店，不小心打碎了一個玻璃杯，我們去前台報備，美女服務員還像我們致歉。早餐也非常美味，酸奶特別好喝。最驚喜的是就在購物街主幹道上，各種大牌雲集，購物超級方便

This is a lovely warm hotel. We arrived late due to rail strikes, which made transport to the hotel a pain. However, once we were checked in, we were straight up the the room which was toasty (really toasty!). Breakfast was a continental buffet style with plenty of everything and some of the items changed on a daily basis. The hotel bar was open on Saturday and Sunday, where their barman, Boris was extremely friendly, warm, polite and helpful. He also takes a keen interest in football. I would also like to give Filip and his team at reception a shout out as they were extremely helpful. For those who read the reviews saying they could not speak either English or German, we found this to be simply not true. Their English was fluent as was their German. We had wanted to come back out to Munich specifically to stay here again this year but unfortunately that will now have to wait until next year. If you want the u-bahn, it is a 2 minute walk from the hotel reception (turn left from the door, left again, cross at the lights and you are there).

Stayed here with my family (2 sons, 11 and 13.) The hotel was very kid friendly- my kids were greeted and they had a play area (with a video game) and a few games for the room. The location was great- about a 5 min walk to the Deutsches Museum and about 15 walk to Marienplatz, but seemed to be off the beaten tourist path. The area felt very safe, and there was a small mall next door that had 2 grocery stores in it (great for simple meals!). It also had a subway stop (Rosenheimer Platz), where all the main lines stopped. The room itself was great. My kids enjoyed the free minibar (but I was told this was being discontinued.) The pool was nice- the kids loved it! It is smaller than it looks in the pictures and was too cold for me. The bathroom was nice- the toilet is separate from the shower/sink/tub area. The sink area had the best lighting of any hotel bathroom I've ever stayed in. Plenty of hot water, and my kids were amused that there was a TV speaker in the shower area. If we return to Munich, we would definitely stay here again!

I'm really conflicted about this hotel, in some ways it's a great hotel and in others not so much. I'll start with check in, I booked a ”Queen bed” which to me means bigger than double especially as there is an option for just a double. so had to pay to upgrade to a ”executive room” which had the bigger bed, so another €60 on to our bill, but was discounted from €90. room was big, bed was very big and very comfortable. had to ask for a kettle (had a coffee machine but no kettle) had a minibar so a fridge which the first room didn't have even tho website says a minibar. all rooms have balconies but no furniture out there so I had to ask for chairs, also dont think the balconies have been cleaned in a while, i left foot prints in the dust. bathroom was old and needs refurbishment, shower pressure is rubbish, water drains very slowly and bath has all gone rusty. our first room was right next to the second room and overlooked some car park but then right next to it is a factory and then behind that some excavation work is taking place, the 1st night all was quiet as it was Easter but the second night from 3.30am lorries with there reversing noises where going on and that night the factory noise went on till almost 10pm. this is not the hotels fault- but if booking a room I would ask for a different location for room. breakfast was beautiful, everything u would want, all presented lovely and u could have omlette made to order. we used the resturant the 1st night, the food was very nice but very expensive- but we later found out this is how Germany is. Husband used the gym- mini gym as they call it and it is mini but it kept him happy for an hour. pool is a added bonus but pictures make it look bigger than it is, Sadly it was far too cold for me to get in and the steam/sauna are only turned on at certain times and we missed the time slot but they both looked good sizes. all the staff we came across, from reception, to restaurant and breakfast staff and especially the cleaners were lovely, very polite and helpful if u have any questions or requests. we would stay here again if it was the original price for the larger bed and if we had a different room location.

早餐還好是比較標準的，麵包香腸火腿雞蛋果汁奶酪等。酒店離火車站非常近，在Karstadt商場旁邊，商場三樓有個東方超市是新開的很大都是中國東西，旁邊還有個不小的超市，可以買到麵包、水果，零食等日常用的吃的。從酒店往東步行去卡爾廣場幾百米距離，再繼續往東走是瑪利亞廣場，慕尼黑著名的教堂，商業街都在那周圍。 酒店設施不錯乾淨高檔，房間也比較大，我們是帶着孩子的，所以訂的是允許小童入住的房間，大牀是兩個小牀拼起來的，還算挺舒服的，也夠大.
