Disappointed Not so good. The least one can expect for the high cost is a quiet room. The windows are very thin and the noise outside makes it impossible to sleep. The hotel provides cheap earplugs as a solution. Our 7 year old son was able to come with us at the last minute. The hotel charged us an extra €80 a night because he was with us. It was a “child tax” as he slept in our bed. I guess the 80 was for the extra towel he used. Very disappointed. Do not stay here if you have a family and don’t expect to good a good night’s sleep.

Besides the central location of the property, the bed mattress is uncomfortable. The pillows thin as paper. You get a great bar and a good shower. Wanted to upgrade my room/upsell as soon as I arrived. $400/night is a stretch. The pictures do not do it justice. Because you need to book the penthouse to appreciate the views they post. Disappointing.

Fantastic Experience This was one of my best experiences in Munich! The staff was exceptionally professional and focued on all details... even the ones you at first didn't notice. The staff isn't just focused on hospitality, it is bread into the foundation. The rooms are immaculate, with views out every window.

It’s a very small hotel on a side street, hard to access by car (cars aren’t allowed in the area) so in order to get to the hotel you have to call and wait until a staff member comes to let the taxi near the hotel.it has a good restaurant and a football store. We booked a suite (nice size but nothing to write about) however the view was to a construction site!!!!, which was very disappointing l! To look a a crane and rumbles. So the next night we moved to a room - it was a plain hotel room. View to a wall. Nothing amazing about this hotel, other than a short walk to Marie platz and the shopping street
