街頭Vi Vadi飯店(Downtown VI Vadi Hotel)

Our booking clearly showed in the amenities list that our room included a kitchenette, but there was none. When we asked, they said we have to specifically request that. That's really weird. It's like ordering a pizza and having to say, "Pls make sure there's cheese." I had booked a room with a kitchenette as we have a toddler who requires specific meals. Furthermore, the concierge was terribly unhelpful. Despite not honouring their end of the booking, they did not offer any goodwill options. Not even a 45 min late checkout request as I had a work call to complete. The hotel charged me for the additional 45 mins that we needed the room for the call. The carpet is absolutely filthy with what looks like mould and strange stains everywhere. The only decent feature about the hotel is that it's near the hauptbahnhof. I would definitely not recommend this place. They shouldn't be in the service industry because they are not at all interested in showing their best side.

Got a 5cl bottle 😳😳 Will never come back in this place

Location was nice, the new windows help decrease outside noise (traffic). We stayed on floor 2 - my oversight on no a/c definitely made for a hot, stuffy room even with a little fan for air movement. It worked with two kids however not ideal if staying for longer then 2 days.

Super Lage, in wenigen Gehminuten im Zentrum. Trotz das es zentral war, war es sehr ruhig und die Ausstattung ist modern.

Beliggenhet var fantastisk, men rommet var alt for varmt selvom det var vifte der. Rommet mitt var mot bakgården og det var stille. Gangene er ikke oppusset, men rommene var ok. Det gikk en alarm (?) hele tiden og det var forstyrrende. Alt i alt ok grei overnatting for en natt.

I don't understand what happened with heater, but room was always too hot and I had to open the window all night and that's very uncomfortable to sleep. I ask to front desk but there was no solution. By other hand, I arrived one day later because flight was cancelled by airline and hotel do not refund one night that I was pre-pay. It is sad for me 'cause I choosed that hotel to celebrate my birthday. 😔

Noisy neighborhood, basic room with only one pillow and one small bed cover, flashing light in the bathroom, shower temperature difficult to adjust. Paid for breakfast (15 euro) that was more than basic. Will not return
