This hotel room is fine at cleanness and shower. But the main gate close at 10pm, and requires passcode afterwards. I stood outside the gate tried dozens times, but it didn't work at all. I had to get in with other guests.
Apparently i was the choosen one, it didnt work in my case. I confirm i tried the correct code.
The next day I talked to the receptionist, and I was told, this issue exists for quite a while, that sometimes the passcode doesnt get sensor, but their tech team can not resolve it.
I can not imagine how difficult it could be for such big group B&B to change a sensor or a tech guy. So I will never choose this brand again.
I appreciate the customer service of Trip.com offered. It's always best in the industry.
