慕尼黑城中Residence Inn 飯店

Positiv: Zimmergrösse (Superior Studio) als 4 köpfige Familie sehr angenehm. Eingerichtete Küche mit Tellern, Pfannen, Besteck... super! Alles sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Grosser Balkon. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet im Preis inklusive. Wir konnten bei Ankunft bereits 1.5h früher einchecken als offiziell angegeben. Zentrale Lage in Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Sehr ruhiges Zimmer Richtung Innenhof. Man hörte absolut nichts von draussen. Ein paar kleinere negative Punkte: Da die Zimmer standardmässig nur alle 3 Tage gereinigt werden, musste man sich z.B. aktiv um Klopapier bemühen. 1 bis 2 Rollen Vorrat wären da wünschenswert. Duschmittelspender stand defekt, mit abgebrochenem Kopf auf dem Waschbecken. Scheint beim Gast zuvor wohl von der Wand gefallen zu sein. Hätte vor Zimmervergabe entsorgt werden können. Die Anzahl der Badetücher, (zwei Stück für 4 Personen), war auch etwas sparsam bemessen. Eventuell war das Zimmer wegen des verfrühten Check-In aber auch noch nicht zu 100% bereit.

This hotel is more like a Motel, no service at all, no one to assist with our luggage, someone manning the reception is the only service provided. Marriott seems to use this awful mattress toppers which overflow from the sides and takes shape where middle of the bed sinks in, not helpful if you have a back problems. I asked them if they could change my mattress to a more firmer mattress, they said no however offered to move me into another room which had the same type of mattress and mattress topper. I asked if they could remove the mattress top, they said yes however when we got back to our hotel late afternoon, mattress top wasn’t removed, went to reception to ask, I was told housekeeping went home. I went to my room and removed the topper myself. Very poor selection of goods for breakfast, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, 3 types of fruit, 3 types of bread, few cereals. No teaspoons , when asked they told me they run out of teaspoons because they only have few of them and to use tablespoons to mix my coffee, had to ask for serviettes couple of times because they had run out of it. Am surprised that this establishment has Marriott brand and lowers the brands standards. I do not recommend this place and will not stay here again.

I stay at Residence Inn properties. The bathroom had a broken toilet seat, body wash dispenser and towel rack. We did not feel safe in the neighborhood.
