Hotel was clean and staff was very supported.location of the hotel was very good.Rooms of the hotel was very neat and clean and specially food was very good and service is nice.love to stay again in this hotel🥰❤️

The cleanliness was horrible. The bedsheets were not clean. The washroom was also not clean. Very small and congested room. Looked like a shady place

Hotel staff all are good person and good behaviour. But the problem is room. I book standard room. But the room is very small and congested.

Worst room ever! broken toilet seat, broken bathroom mirror, very small room. Suffocating! checked in at 6. 40 pm in the evening and immediately checked out at 7. 20 pm. Couldn't stay!

As mentioned in the previous comments, rooms are not clean. Bed bugs are there in the bed and insects crawling in floor. I stayed in the room 103, where it has to beds-pace for two, it will be difficult. Bathroom is small footprint. About the space to stand and turnaround. More additional space. No windows in the room and bathroom for fresh air. Due to this, foul smell is there always. Beds needs to be changed as the cushion is going down. Bed bugs are there. Tv was not working. On positive side, hot water was working fine and reception staffs are friendly. My suggestion, pols don't take the room whatever type of traveller you are.
