The hotel is very good location. Close to tourist roads and shopping areas, very easy to walk to. We booked a deluxe room. But the room is small. There is very little space left for walking.
The staff have good manners, good service, but the hotel is too small for leaving luggage before checking in. Or after checking out, there are no stairs. You have to carry your luggage up many flights of stairs. But we were happy to use the hotel that is next to the tourist attractions of Mumbai.

the inside of the room was good but the situation of outside was terrible 😔.it was just looking like a old bungalow near the sea.and the sea view was not clear.

When i called the property on the day of check in, they mentioned rooms are not there. Go and find room some where else. Why does mm t does business with such people? i need my money reimbursed.

The property is old enough, even the demolition notification tags at the walls still they are running, also some sort of pungent smell remains there although the staff is good and polite but after all it's not a fair deal. For the same amount one can take a decent hotel in the neighborhood areas i think.
