美麗都飯店(The Mirador Andheri East)

This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/***agement accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

The services were excellent friendly staff and ready to help and make you feel at home . I can highly recommend my friends to come for a staycation whenever they visit India. I would like to visit for vacation and staff was helpful Allan and Leonard at front desk

I really enjoyed my stay at The Mirador hotel. Everything was super good. The ambience was on top notch. Met very friendly staff like Mr. Allan, Johnny, Ravan, who were very ready to assist. Your customer service is excellent. Keep up the good job.

It was my first time in India the staff was very polite n very helpful specially front office Mr Allan and Ms Aayushi n bell boy Mr John. food was also nice the team was very supportive Enjoyed my everyday with the Mirador they didn't make us feel it's my 1 st time its feels like home

The room 314 was well maintained and cleaned. The house keeping attendant Enamul Mola was my best. He's so humble and polite. He quickly addresses the customers issues and he is s at the customers service on time. Mirador hotel in Mumbai has the best services. Keep up

The pillows were well kept and the beddings well kept, the laundry depar**ent is perfect always on time perfor***ce of duties. Friendly and approachable. I appreciate the experience being here I didn't have any complain or any miscommunication. The room is well kept. Mr Enamel is well organised and approachable and easy to work once alerted of requirements. I would wish to have stayed a more period due to your services and company.

Fantastic stay at Mirador, great service end to end, from reception to room and cafe. Rooms are spacious and clean to very good standards. I stayed for a business trip, 7 nights. Good service by housekeeping Ganshyam, hospitality by Dinesh in the restaurant, Roystan in the front desk, and Allan at the reception.
