一切都還好，尤其是早餐團隊，他們非常友好和尊重客人。但是前台一位工作人員的服務態度很差。我們到達時，她只允許我們提前一小時入住，儘管我們支付了半價房費。這是我人生中第一次遇到這種情況：去過50多個國家，住過很多五星級酒店，如果房間有空，酒店都會允許我提前入住，但我在泰姬酒店集團卻被收取了從早上8點到中午12點的半價房費！而且我要求提供WiFi，她也沒提供！我尊重飯店的規章制度，但我們都是人，即使是小事，也應該互相幫助！

太棒了！ ！泰姬酒店一如既往地好，您完全不用擔心任何事情！ ！他們會悉心照顧您，讓您賓至如歸。我強烈推薦這家飯店給家庭旅客或商務旅客。

性價比很高。早餐很棒。員工熱情友善，樂於助人。全體員工都做得很好！

飯店不錯，乾淨，但是員工態度不好。他們把所有房間都賣掉了，儘管我們已經預付了房費。經理建議我們換一家飯店。非常不滿意。

我非常喜歡這次商務旅行期間入住的 President - IHCL SeleQtions 飯店。飯店環境優美，員工熱情周到。餐點也無可挑剔（考慮到我是一個注重健康的人），乾淨衛生，品質優良。飯店週邊景點眾多，例如濱海大道、印度門、泰姬飯店等等，都非常方便出遊。 我曾委託酒店安排一頓特別的晚餐，他們非常熱心地按時完成了所有安排。 我一定會再入住這家酒店。

The hotel is quite old but well maintained. Staff are exceptional in ensuring a pleasant stay. I tried an in-house resturant (Konkan), which was very good. The location of the hotel in South Mumbai could be suitable for those who have engagements nearby . It is though very well located for those visiting major tourist attractions. Btw there is a construction in front of the hotel, though I did not hear any noise. Overall a decent value for money.

The hotel is great and the room has a great view. Everything was great, the only problem that I had was a food poisoning. The hotel is doing a lot to take precautions but maybe something more can be done

Mid size hotel with brilliant staff and great Thai restaurant. Location quite good as well with the new roads coming into play
