I loved our stay at President - Ihcl SeleQtions hotel during my business trip. The ambience is really good and staff is so cooperative. Meals were on point (considering me being health freak), food was clean and upto the mark. A few locations as Marine drive, Gateway of India, Hotel Taj - everything is so nearby to roam around. I asked them for a special dinner planning and they were so helpful in arranging everything on time. I would definitely love to visit again and stay there only.

disappointed for the premium price I paid 2 bed and furnishings not modernised no usb ports breakfast was not has diverse as I thought w only a few indian options Hotel hasnt changed since i last visited 7 years ago rooms are old gym is old w cardio machines having channels that dont work service in Konkan was good things should be renovated if I was to consider staying again

The hotel is quite old but well maintained. Staff are exceptional in ensuring a pleasant stay. I tried an in-house resturant (Konkan), which was very good. The location of the hotel in South Mumbai could be suitable for those who have engagements nearby . It is though very well located for those visiting major tourist attractions. Btw there is a construction in front of the hotel, though I did not hear any noise. Overall a decent value for money.

Interesting hotel with a good blend of both traditional and modern exclusive feel.

The hotel is great and the room has a great view. Everything was great, the only problem that I had was a food poisoning. The hotel is doing a lot to take precautions but maybe something more can be done

This Hotel made us sick and develop allergies due to renovation and Paint job in our room floor. Location is good, staff is helpful but terrible ***agement of Hotel in Client service for fellow Indians. They started renovating next to our room without any kind of notice or advance information and even started painting. Our family has severe allergies with Paint smell and we devoloped sinusitis under an hour due to this. When complained, Hotel Staff told us to adjust but next morning when I strictly said this is unacceptable our room were changed. ****** attitude of ***agement because if any Foreigner would have got allergies due to this mishap and mistake of Hotel renovation and painting, the Hotel ***agement would have given them loads of other additional services to co****sate but we only got the room changed that too after strictly mentioning to them. Expected much better standards of client service and grievance handling by Hotel ***agement especially for fellow Indians and no dual policy for Indians and Foreigners as we also pay the same tariffs. They ruined our whole trip as we got unwell because of Hotel. Very disappointing client services.
