HORROR!!!! La habitación y el hotel al que nos llevaron no tenía nada que ver con las fotos, increíblemente sucio, antiguo, lleno de arañas y hasta nos cambiaron de habitación porque la primera tenía entre el colchón y el cabecero, bichos muertos. Nos engañaron porque es un grupo de hoteles pero ellos te llevan donde quieren y no al que muestran en las fotos, mucho más moderno y agradable. UNA ESTAFA !!!!

3. Although the rooms sizes were similar, we were allotted a older room, since the ac wasn't working in these rooms we were then allotted a new room with similar dimensions. We were a couple and only one bottle water provided

It’s an average hotel, but don’t expect even 2-star service. The cleanliness is just okay, nothing impressive. However, the staff is great, especially the friendly reception team. The food quality is poor and overpriced, but there are good restaurants within walking distance. You’ll also find local shops, salons, bakeries, and small vendors nearby. The hotel is safe, so no concerns about security. The rooms are very small, making it suitable mainly for solo travelers.
