I want my full refund. Hotel is not good. Its like no hygiene type of hotel with, all are unwanted customers in hotel. Like not good people over there

Awful experience. The bathroom weren’t clean and the bed headboard had way too much damp on it to even think of resting your head on it.

It is a good option for the price paid. Not far away from the airport.

It is really a very bad experience, as the hotel is having some repair works done during the mid night which was making heavy noises and asked the hotel guys to help with the situation, they said it is for the kitchen so we can't stop the work, as we couldn't sleep the whole night as they were working the whole night i have complained them about 1am in the midnight but still no response from themim really disappointed with the service

Very bad experience have to ask again and again for stuffs weather its toiletries or crockery they provided nothing in the room and when i asked them to send they send toiletries as per one person only and same with plates glass spoon and bowl no serving spoon was provided to serve food in plate if ypu wish to have cold water you have to pay them 50 even if you ask for auro water its not cold too buy water bottle for 50 rs if you wish to have cold water in hot weather there was only one water bottle available in the room and our room costs 5500 inr including breakfast the worst buffet breakfast i have seen no jam butter bread available fuit salad was only papaya and banna 3 items you can choose from worst worst worst experience will prefer 2500inr hotel over this over priced and worst hotel. There is a list of dissatisfaction from hotel.

The hotel cancel-led my booking without giving any prior information. In the morning they kept my luggage in the clock room & in the evening when i came back from my meeting i was denied my room check in

Food quality is very good if we take from room service. Morning breakfast quality is not at all satisfied, which is free. If we order from the menu, then again, it will come good quality, but on a payment char-able basis.

This place is a scam plzzz females don’t goooo to this place the taxi drivers will take you to there deliberately n the room stinks soo bad that u will feel suffocated worsttt we left the hotel in 20 mins they didn’t refunded it scammm very very unsafe banned solitaire

The entire stay was nice the food was the best and the service was also very fast but only one thing which is The bed was made using two twin beds and it was uncomfortable for my wife and me to sleep and there was no fridge in the room either

Average stay. Could not experience breakfast as checked out early. Had only snacks in breakfast. Could be a little better.

Pathetic management. It is the worst hotel I ever visited with no proper services. Bathrooms are stinking and water issues. No hygiene is maintained. Also we had book for triple occupancy but there was no space for extra bed also. Also during check out they charged us extra amount of hotel. It is quite disappointing that for a small amount of ₹420, we have to make such continuous efforts. The matter is very clear that we checked in on 15th around 11:00 AM, yet the bill in question is dated 2:30 AM the same day, which is clearly before our check-in. Despite our repeated follow-ups over the past week, the issue remains unresolved. They can easily fool you during check-in & check-out. You need to be careful.
