This hotel is very nice if you are looking for long staycation. All hotel staff give you very good hospitality and warm welcome.

Staying at the chalet was an unforgettable experience! It was our wedding night, and the team went above and beyond to make it special with beautiful decorations, a complimentary cake, and champagne. Their hospitality didn’t stop there—they even arranged an additional dinner for us when we arrived late and were hungry. The attention to detail and thoughtful gestures made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this lovely friendly hotel with a great team . Very petfriendly . Po my husky loves it here .feels very comfortable . Team is so friendly in all departments Housekeeping .f&b ,Front office ,door *** . All are super friendly .you feel.at home . Lionel ,dipti ,Neha and some who i may have missed made po birthday very special Decorated the room .we had a cake cutting for po birthday Clean great hotel .lot of space to walk around .Excellent Special thanks to Lionel and dipti for making our stay special

For us coming to Mumbai, the Lakeside Chalet is our preferred place to stay. We had a spacious two bedroom apartment on the 5th floor for us and for my parents in law another one bedroom apartment just next door. The apartment was clean and had all we needed. The laundromat is one major advantage for us, especially travelling with three kids where you get lots of dirty laundry. We stayed for 16 nights and my kids enjoyed the facilities (pools, the kids play room, table tennis etc.) - they found new friends there as well. We also connected to a few of the long stay residents and it just became a home away from home for us. I was there for business. The location is about 20 minutes from the next train station and about the same distance from the next metro station (but a new metro line will open soon which won't be that far away anymore). It is a quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A good place to return and relax a bit after a long day at work. What makes a big difference at a hotel is the staff. Besides doing their job, they really went out of their way to make us feel home in Mumbai. To some of them we had a closer connection and consider them as friends. We look forward to coming back, not only to enjoy the hotel facilities, but also to see a few of our friends again. Just to give a small example: When we came last year, they had a dessert on the menu which we really loved and that was not available anymore when we came this year. But we loved it and especially when bringing my mother in law from Germany, I wanted to have her try this dessert, because I knew she would love it. Chef Ravi was our hero and made it possible. Also when I had stomach problems, he created a special meal for me which was not on the menu, but it was delicous on the one hand AND also helped with my stomach. It would be a long list to mention everyone, but to name a few more: Nishant, Dinanath, Ankita, Vikrant, Joel, Lionel, the guys from houskeeping and at the reception etc... It's a great team and we are really looking forward to coming back. I plan to come back within the next two months, but we as a family are also looking forward to spending time at the Lakeside Chalet again in the near future.

I had the pleasure of staying at Lakeside Chalet, Mumbai - Marriott Executive Apartments for 1.5 months during my relocation to Mumbai, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled amidst lush greenery and overlooking a tranquil lake, this property offers a serene escape from the fast-paced city life of Mumbai. The spacious, well-appointed apartments made the extended stay incredibly comfortable, providing all the conveniences of home with a touch of luxury. The fully-equipped kitchen was especially handy for long-term guests like me, and the breathtaking views of the lake from my room were a daily treat. The staff deserves special mention for their impeccable service. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, making me feel truly welcomed. The hotel's amenities, including a modern gym, beautiful outdoor spaces, and a well-maintained swimming pool, made my stay even more enjoyable. Whether you're staying for a short visit or an extended period, Lakeside Chalet is a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and tranquility. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Mumbai. I'm already looking forward to returning!

我們於 9 月 30 日參觀了 Powai 的湖濱木屋萬豪行政公寓。 1. 等了2個小時後才辦理入住。飯店延遲了2個小時辦理入住，並多次致電服務台，花了6個小時才終於拿到了嬰兒床。地板上有很多污垢和灰塵，我們不得不打電話給酒店團隊 4 次，終於在 4 小時後才把房間打掃乾淨！ 4. 每一次要求零食、打掃房間的請求和電話都是在失去耐心後至少打了3-4 次電話到服務台後才完成的。要求搬到威斯汀酒店高度很陡，帶著 2 個嬰兒很難爬上去。我們耐心地等了20分鐘才到達威斯汀酒店，威斯汀酒店的工作人員和女主人問我們為什麼來這裡。當我們告訴萬豪團隊要求去那裡時，他們把我們列入等候名單，我們帶著哭鬧的嬰兒等了1 個小時，許多人要求為我們提供一些地方來餵養飢餓的嬰兒。都是空的，只是延遲了。 6. 退房時，我們等待了超過 1.5 小時才解決所有問題，並確保其他帶嬰兒入住的客人不會收到此類服務。 極為糟糕的服務體驗。 強烈建議您入住孟買除此之外的任何其他酒店。 它不符合萬豪的名字，管理層應該嚴格調查這一點。

I was upset at beginning with so many complains but they were very quick to resolve everything. I am impressed with their quick response. Kudos to the team. I had written a long review of all problems I had faced but their team was very quick on fixing everything and calling to apologize for the experience. I am happy to see such a turnover and making it a wonderful stay for their guest

To see a Marriott hotel have such standards were very sad to see. Food took over an hour and look and taste was horrible and cold. I ordered nachos and got pack of chips opened in a bowl. Bathtoom bowl was also giving out dirty water. Room TV was damaged screen. Floor board was coming up. Iron board was old and torn apart. This was just in first day. I am here for another few days so let’s see. Very disappointed to see such for Marriott
