Nice quiet hotel of course located at marine drive.
Beautiful view
Very polite staff and nice spacious room. Bed was very comfortable and generally the hotel was quiet.
Everything was very vintage
Would recommend for either business travellers, or those visiting with families

As stated in another review, this is a poorly maintained establishment. I can only assume that the high price charged is due to the location, which is good. (Adding text to reach 200 characters required by TripAdvisor ! I don't understand why a short review isn't considered acceptable)

Very poorly maintained property. Large rooms but the furniture is I’ll maintained ancient. Overall hygiene levels are bad. Location is good & that’s the only plus in the property. No restaurant but a very functional breakfast is served in the room.

My family and I, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at SGS. This hotel is located at prime location with incredible balcony view 😍. Whole Marine Drive is visible. Breakfast is selective but that's OK. Many restaurants are there around corner so not an issue. Moreover, this hotel allows you to swiggy and zomato also. Staff are very helpful. A must must stay. Lift is also available. P.S You get to see sunrise and sunset from balcony.

Overall room is very basic rather bellow than minimal. Furniture is old and worn out. The money they are charging and facilities they offer are very much mismatched. No proper full breakfast. They offer very basic one serving breakfast in room. There is no buffet. Room furniture is worn out and insufficient, beds are small. Only plus point Service is good, staff is nice. It seems owners are not caring about customers and they are encashing the sea view and location which is offered by nature.

Location and Room size are amazing. Breakfast is good but in case you don't want that with your room booking, that won't be possible. Only full sea view room is to be chosen to enjoy the moments of Marine Drive. Don't miss Rustom's ice-cream approx 200-300 mt. from the hotel.

staff Mr.Anchan who was dealing with us through email. they are not aware of the meaning for professional ethics, confidentiality etc. Whatever details we are sending through email, he is forwarding to 3rd party with all details in the trailing mail. Dear all dont share your payment details or credit card details, they are passing to some other people, they may take the amount from your card, you cant find them.
